Disney, now known for its so-called “inclusive” workplace policies and its embrace of anti-American radical Colin Kaepernick, isn’t just “woke” — it’s “ultra-woke.”
Internal training documents obtained by filmmaker, writer, and researcher Christopher Rufo of the Discovery Institute show that like other “woke” corporations, The Walt Disney Company has been indoctrinating its employees in critical race theory propaganda.
Part of a program called “Reimagine Tomorrow,” the training documents teach about all the standard CRT subjects, including but not limited to “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” “white saviors,” “microaggressions” and so-called “anti-racism.”

The program is comprised of training sub-modules such as “Allyship for Race Consciousness” and “What Can I Do About Racism?”
Writing for his website, Rufo notes that the first module demands that non-black employees “take ownership of educating [themselves] about structural anti-Black racism” and “work through feelings of guilt, shame, and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed.”
“Disney recommends that employees atone by ‘challeng[ing] colorblind ideologies and rhetoric’ such as ‘All Lives Matter’ and ‘I don’t see color’; they must ‘listen with empathy [to] Black colleagues’ and must ‘not question or debate Black colleagues’ lived experience,'” Rufo writes.
The second module demands employees reject calls for equality and instead embrace an “antiracist” mindset that places race above all else.
“The company tells employees that they must ‘reflect’ on America’s ‘racist infrastructure’ and ‘think carefully about whether or not your wealth, income, treatment by the criminal justice system, employment, access to housing, health care, political power, and education might be different if you were of a different race,'” Rufo writes.

Included in the program is a so-called “21-Day Racial Equity and Social Justice Challenge” launched in conjunction with the YMCA. This divisive “challenge” begins by forcing employees to fill out a “white privilege” checklist.
Options on the checklist include “I am white,” “I am heterosexual,” “I am a man,” “I still identify as the gender I was born in,” “I have never been raped,” “I don’t rely on public transportation” and “I have never been called a terrorist.”
The “challenge” then forces employees to determine whether they possess something called “white fragility.”
“The program interprets beliefs such as ‘I am a good person, I can’t be racist’ and ‘I was taught to treat everyone the same’ as evidence of the participant’s internalized racism and white fragility,” according to Rufo.
The “challenge” concludes with a lecture on how positive attributes such as “competition” and “timeliness” are “white dominant” values, the underlying suggestion being that non-white people are too stupid and incompetent to have such attributes.
Finally, participants are told they must “pivot” from “white dominant culture” to “something different.” The document claims that “competition,” “individualism,” “timeliness,” and “comprehensiveness” are “white dominant” values that “perpetuate white supremacy culture.” pic.twitter.com/f4Z9LSv8Ir

The training documents also include politically charged articles and how-to- guides that encourage employees to adopt left-wing positions on the police and on reparations — and that suggests employees join their local Black Lives Matter chapter.
According to Rufo, as part of its “woke” initiative, Disney has also been dividing into non-white employees into racially segregated “affinity groups” so they can reportedly achieve “culturally-authentic insights.”
The whistleblower employees who spoke with him added that it’s gotten to the point where they’re being hit every single day with “memos, suggested readings, panels, and seminars” designed to indoctrinate.
Moreover, the panels and discussions have all been one-sided.
“It’s been very stifling to feel like everyone keeps talking about having open dialogue and compassionate conversations, but when it comes down to it, I know if I said one thing that was truthful, based on data, or even just based on my own personal experience, it would actually be rather unwelcomed,” one employee said.
None of this is surprising. Numerous other examples show how “woke” propaganda has become a staple in every single one of America’s institutions, including the government.
The only thing that’s actually surprising is how many people are beginning to speak out against it. Everybody from left-wing comedian Bill Maher to Democrat Party operate James Carville have called out this embrace of “woke” ideology.

As to the notion of “white fragility,” it’s based on a book by a white liberal author who argues that white people’s refusal to automatically accept black people’s every single grievance proves they’re fragile.
But according to John McWhorter, a black English professor, what the author is really saying is that black people are so fragile that white people must grant them special treatment.
The book “basically says that black people are these hot-house flowers where everybody has to tiptoe around us and, you know, we’re always crying and we’re always angry and we’re just so very, very, very delicate. That person, that book is talking down to me. As far as I’m concerned, it really should be called black facility,” McWhorter said this past Friday on Maher’s HBO talk show.
Listen:
The book is essentially racist against black people. So is really every “woke” concept. And yet for some inexplicable reason, every institution has embraced “woke” ideology, including Disney.
