Greg Gutfeld: Biden’s been ‘leaving the stain’ of disunity for 5 decades, America on a path to ‘destruction’

Greg Gutfeld implies that career politician Joe Biden should look in the mirror when he finds America guilty of systemic racism. “If [Biden] believes in systemic racism as he said last night, is a stain on America, he was there leaving the stain for five decades.”

The Fox News Channel host also insisted that America’s purported disunity, a destructive narrative pushed by the Democrats and the corporate media, is playing into the hands of CCP-controlled China, which is rapidly expanding its political, economic, and military tentacles across the globe.

During a discussion of the Chauvin verdict and other related issues on The Five, Gutfeld indirectly reminded viewers that Biden entered federal office in 1973 and has been on the government payroll, apart from the four years of the Trump administration, ever since.

He also maintained there is a national consensus behind the Chauvin verdict.

“The debate isn’t dividing the country. The media narrative is dividing the country. No one is divided over the Chauvin verdict. Do you know anybody that said, ‘boo-hoo, that was wrong, I’m really angry?’

“The media cannot take yes for an answer. Because once they do, then they no longer have this issue to beat America’s head with. So you keep hearing about systemic racism from Joe Biden who’s been an integral part of this system for 50 years. If he believes in systemic racism, as he said last night, is a stain on America, he was there leaving the stain for five decades.”

Gutfeld then may have made a possible reference to Biden’s colleague, U.S. Sen. Robert Byrd, a West Virginia Democrat, who was the party’s majority leader in the late 1980s and held other senior positions during his legislative career

“So before you throw the whole country under the bus as a bunch of redneck racists, you gotta throw yourself under the bus too. You were right there. You were one of the most powerful people in the country.

“You could have done something, and you did do some things that were considered actually racist. You went to a damn funeral of a KKK dragon. So don’t talk to us about systemic racism.”

Gutfeld’s Fox News co-worker Mark Levin has expressed similar sentiments about Joe Biden.

Gutfeld went to say that the most damaging aspect of the America-last Democrat/media narrative is that it enables totalitarian China.

“I can’t believe this but we’re actually creating our own anti-American propaganda. This systemic racist narrative is so destructive that it’s actually identical to what China says about us as recently as [the bilateral summit] in Anchorage, Alaska.

“What we’re doing, we are doing our enemies’ work. We are on a path to destruction that is of our own doing. We are doing it to ourselves. It’s the opposite of unification. It is destruction.”

In his remarks, Greg then slammed the goal-posts-moving left for never being satisfied, particularly inasmuch as the Democrats/media downplayed the fact that cop who shot an alleged knife-wielding teen in Columbus, Ohio, may have saved another girl’s life in the process.

“The bottom line here is the way the media and Democrats have reacted — it is proof that even if the justice system worked that can’t be proof at all because if you say that, it undermines the narrative that we are an irreversibly racist company. So this is gonna keep happening again and again and again as you saw with the White House did with the Ohio case last night.”

He also cited often-ignored data that “tragic, disgusting” police-involved shootings of unarmed individuals are very rare given the millions of traffic stops and other encounters each year. “We don’t talk about that, because that doesn’t fit the narrative, right? The villains don’t fit the narrative.”

Gutfeld concluded the intense segment with a quip that he was “on his meds,” in a callback to his dustup with ex-police homicide detective Ted Williams.

Earlier in the show, co-host Dana Perino pointed that in 2020, Democrats used the filibuster [a parliamentary technique that they now want to get rid of] to block a police reform bill introduced by U.S. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) from moving forward.

Earlier this month, Life, Liberty & Levin host Mark Levin argued that “there’s really nobody better who’s alive in Washington, D.C., to talk about Jim Crow than Joe Biden…because Joe Biden was part of Jim Crow…Joe Biden is the most racist president in the Oval Office since Woodrow Wilson.”

Conservative activist Candace Owens has separately called out the divide-and-conquer strategy of the Democrats and their media enablers in the aftermath of the Chauvin verdict.
