CBS News’ crack reporting finds it’s not Biden, but something else causing record surge on border

CBS News is on quite a roll of late, seemingly determined to give CNN a run for its money as the least trusted news network in America.

After being mired in controversy over an article that advocated for ways to “help fight Georgia’s restrictive new voting law” — the network was forced to eventually scrub the headline — and then running a “60 Minutes” feature on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis that deceptively edited an exchange with its reporter, the network set its sights on the southern border.

CBS News’ crack reporting has discovered the real reason there’s a major uptick in the flow of humanity overwhelming our southern border with Mexico — a surge that began with a caravan making the trek to America before President Joe Biden was inaugurated, hoping to arrive at about the same time.

The network ignored Biden’s amnesty vow for illegal immigrants in the U.S., and a reversal of many of the programs instituted by the previous administration to stem the flow of illegal immigrantion, including a return to “catch and release,” and that migrants are showing up on the southern border wearing Biden t-shirts, CBS News pinned the blame on climate change. With a straight face.

That’s right, weather. CBS News reported on Thursday that climate change has destroyed crops and communities in Guatemala and it’s driving people to the U.S., citing last year’s hurricanes as a key factor.

At the same time, the report noted that there are now 20,000 unaccompanied minors in U.S. custody, this having nothing to do with weather and everything to do with the Biden administration making it clear that they will not turn migrant children away.

With record numbers of migrants flooding the U.S. border, the humanitarian crisis threatens to spiral out of control and the American media is apparently aiding and abetting this administration in causing this crisis.

It seems pretty clear CBS News is working to draw sympathy for those who show no respect for U.S. immigration laws and expect to be prioritized over the millions who try to legally immigrate to the U.S.

It’s equally clear that it’s getting difficult to tell the difference between the media and the Biden administration.
