Reacting to plagiarism allegations against California Democrat senator and potential vice president Kamala Harris, the niece of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. says that there is no comparison between the two.

“Kamala knows that her world view is totally different than the world view of Martin Luther King, Jr., so it’s a big stretch for her to compare herself or to sound like him or use some of his same analogies,” Dr. Alveda King declared on Lou Dobbs Tonight on the Fox Business channel.

Harris provided an anecdote during an interview with Elle magazine about supposedly falling out of a stroller as a toddler while her parents wheeled her through a civil rights demonstration, including a demand for “fweedom.” Harris also included the anecdote in two of her books.

As many have pointed it, the story sounded suspiciously familiar to one that Dr. King shared in a 1965 Playboy interview about a similar incident during a civil rights protest in Birmingham, Ala.

“For instance, Kamala believes it is okay to abort babies up to nine months. And if you meant to abort the baby and the baby lives, then let the baby die. Martin Luther King, Jr. served the public. He did not kill the public. And that would include babies in the womb,” Alveda King continued.

“He said ‘injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.’ So she is nothing like Martin Luther King, Jr., but there she is, playing on those emotions again,”

Watch:

In advance of the Georgia runoffs, Alveda King described the two Democrat candidates as “very, very radical.”

She also deemed it outrageous for Raphael Warnock, who is the projected winner of one of the runoffs, to have pretended in a commercial that he wants to work with President Trump on increasing the stimulus payment to $2,000.

Unlike their Republican rivals, Warnock and Jon Ossoff “do not support, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” she added. Dr. King also mentioned irregularities at the polls in Georgia including machines not functioning properly.

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris’ nominal boss, has also been accused of plagiarism, Issues and Insights recalled.

“Biden has been stealing other people’s work since before he became a public figure. He infamously had to withdraw from the 1988 presidential race after it became clear that during a debate in 1987 he had lifted passages from a speech made by British Labor Party leader Neil Kinnock. Biden also ran into trouble during law school for plagiarizing from an article from the Fordham Law Review. Earlier this year, he was ‘accused of copying the words of former New Democratic Party leader Jack Layton,’ Canada’s National Post reported in August.”

Plagiarism is a reflection of their far-left ideology rather than just mere opportunism, the website added.

“Because they are without inspiration, Biden and his team, in which Harris is an ambitious though empty lieutenant, fall back on ideas from Karl Marx, Margaret Sanger, the Marxist Black Lives Matter leadership, and an assortment of statist and collectivist thinkers who have produced only misery for others.”
