While President Donald Trump made a last-minute return to Washington, his sons Don Jr. and Eric, brought in the new year with a bang at Mar-a-Lago, partying at a bash that featured ’90s pop-rapper Vanilla Ice and Beach Boys founder Mike Love.

The New Year’s Eve event also included their significant others, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Lara Trump, respectively, and Rudy Giuliani, who was hospitalized earlier in the month after testing positive for COVID-19. Congressman Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., was also in attendance, as was Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro.

Tickets for the annual party were reportedly as high as $1,000, and the Trump-hating media was aghast that there were few, if any masks being worn.

“OK this is amazing,” Don Jr. posted on Facebook, sharing video from the party while rapping along to Ice Ice Baby. “As a child of the 90s, you can’t fathom how awesome that is.”

Ok this is amazing. Vanilla Ice is playing the Mar-a-Lago New Years Eve party. As a child of the 90s you can’t fathom how awesome that is. Beyond that I got the birthday shoutout so that’s pretty amazing.

The president’s eldest son turned 43 on Dec. 31, and he was stoked that the rapper gave him a birthday shoutout.

“Beyond that I got the birthday shoutout so that’s pretty amazing,” Don Jr. added in the post.

There’s no shortage of killjoy Democrats in Palm Beach County, and state Rep. Omari Hardy is trying to get local authorities to shut down Mar-a-Lago because of dozens of maskless party-goers at the New Year’s Eve party.

Hardy, who sees himself as the voice of working-class and marginalized people, sent a New Years Day letter to Assistant County Administrator Todd Bonlarron asking that Mar-a-Lago be fined and closed for violating the county’s mask mandate.

Palm Beach County guidelines require that masks be worn inside all businesses and establishments.

“I’ve asked Palm Beach County to take enforcement action against Mar-a-Lago for violating the County’s mask order. In accordance with that order, Mar-a-Lago should be fined and possibly even shut down until we can be assured that this business will abide by our laws,” he said in sharing the letter on Facebook.

Taking to Twitter, the newly elected lawmaker shared video taken at the party while stressing that the resort is a business.

“Mar-a-Lago is a club. A club is a business,” he tweeted. “Businesses must abide by Palm Beach County’s mask order, or be fined or even shut down. We knew that Trump was hosting a New Year’s party. I’ll be reaching out to folks at @pbcgov to ask why we weren’t ready to enforce the mandate here.”

In another tweet sharing Don Jr.’s video, the Democrat called the event “a potential super-spreader party” while taking exception to Trump’s affluent lifestyle.

One of the partygoers at Mara-a-Lago, George Santos, who ran unsuccessfully for Congress in New York’s 3rd District, took to Twitter to say that his pharmacist fiancé was fired after the New York Times linked to his Instagram page after he posted photos from the bash.

“The violence against us is real,” he added, noting that they were forced to leave their home.

One of the photos Santos shared on Instagram is seen here:
