Israeli produce was on full display in a supermarket in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a cell phone video posted to Twitter by First Daughter Ivanka Trump, that celebrated the broader implications of the administration’s historic and unprecedented peace deals that it brokered between the Jewish state and several of its Arab neighbors.
Referencing President Donald Trump, her husband Jared Kushner, and White House advisor Ari Berkowitz, Ivanka wrote “Quite literally the fruits of your efforts,” as a caption for the video that also shows the UAE and the Israeli flags side-by-side in the market.
“You want to buy [Israeli] oranges, just come to the United Arab Emirates to buy it. Amazing — completely amazing to see,” the man providing the narration in the clip declares as he calls out anti-Israel pressure groups.
Thanks to President Trump and his negotiating team, Israel has normalized relations with the UAE and Bahrain, known as the Abraham Accords, that will facilitate trade and commerce. Other nations in the region are reportedly set to follow suit.
In the video clip, the man says “right now, I’m in the middle of a fresh fruits and vegetables market in Dubai,” and he points out that produce from Israel is clearly marked as such–identified imports, which apparently would be previously unheard of.
“I’m just thinking about all these BS activists who want to boycott Israel from Europe, from the United States. To see an Arab country that is giving the answer by bringing Israeli products with Israeli flags…and to see the people are coming and buying, and it’s in the front of the store, not on the back stage…that’s the answer that an Arab county has given to all these BS activists around the world who are calling to boycott Israel. This is the answer, guys. You want to buy oranges, just come to the United Arab Emirates to buy it. Amazing — completely amazing to see.”

Reacting to the video, pundit and former liberal Dave Rubin opined that “This is absolutely incredible. (Thus virtually no mainstream coverage because Orange Man Bad.)”
The man in the video was referring to the so-called boycott, disinvest, and sanction (BDS) whereby leftists, as a proxy for anti-Semitism, have sought and failed to isolate the state of Israel in terms of international commerce.
The breakthroughs in the Middle East revealed the cluelessness of Joe Biden’s would-be climate czar John Kerry, and others in the political establishment, who have insisted that peace would be impossible without the resolution of the Palestinian issue.

This is the same pretentious cohort that predicted the end of the world when Trump ordered the U.S. embassy be moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in recognition of Israel’s capital, a decision that his predecessors promised but upon which they never followed through.
Like any country including our own, Israel, a small country that enjoys a generally prosperous economy, including booming high-tech and biotech sectors, has its flaws. Delusional SJW BDS activists who often orbit the United Nations or the European Union and who claim that Israel is an apartheid state, apparently have never visited there or have a limited grasp of facts on the ground. Israel is the only multicultural democracy in the Middle East. Regardless of background or faith, including those who are secular, its citizens enjoy a full panoply of civil rights protections.
Parenthetically, Israel also has its version of the Deep State, which is going after Prime Minister Netanyahu on alleged corruption. Netanyahu is holding on to his job with a shaky right-left coalition in parliament, the Knesset, after three consecutive inconclusive elections.
