Conservative radio and television host Mark Levin slammed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden for  “undermining” the U.S. Constitution by claiming an election victory.

The Fox News host called out the former vice president for sounding “like a dictator” as he defended President Donald Trump and the integrity of America’s voting system. In a scathing monologue on “Life, Liberty and Levin” Sunday, he also took a shot at former President Obama for making “pronouncements” about the election results while blasting the media for not covering the truth.

Levin began his monologue telling Obama and others, “don’t you damn lecture us,” before setting off on a fiery takedown of the efforts to undermine Trump and over 72 million Americans who voted for him.

“I watched this clip of Barack Obama on ’60 Minutes’ where he is attacking the president of the United States and he believes these challenges that are taking place in the states are undermining democracy. He has put out an 800 page book, you would think he was Winston Churchill. I think this is his third autobiography,” the lawyer and nationally syndicated radio host said.

“I want to say something to President Obama, the other so-called iconic figures in our republic, Republican and Democrat: Don’t you damn lecture us!” Levin said.

“For four damn years, the FBI was involved in trying to undermine this president, the intelligence services trying to undermine this president. They tried to remove this president from office, a phony criminal investigation, a phony impeachment, one effort after another,” he continued.

“You dragged the American people through the dirt, through your politics, because you wouldn’t accept democracy, you wouldn’t accept the Constitution of the United States. And now everybody’s supposed to roll over,” he said, adding that “72 million people don’t like what they are seeing right now.”

Levin went on to condemn the media’s failure to live up to journalistic standards that were a given in the “good old days.”

“Let me explain the problem to the media. You are going around putting microphones in the faces of state officials. ‘Do you see any fraud here?’…In the good old days we would have reporters in the field looking into the allegations where we have hundreds of sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury, from one end of this country, from one corrupt Democrat city after another,” he added, calling out the media, Democrats and “propagandists” who are fighting the investigative efforts rather than trying to get answers.

Levin went on to recall the 2000 election in which the the courts got involved in disputes between then-President George W. Bush and his Democratic opponent Al Gore. The U.S. Supreme Court decision came on December 12, a full 37 days after Election Day, as Levin noted.

“And what we hear is people declaring, who are not involved in these cases, who haven’t even talked to anybody, that it’s over. It’s over. It may be over and it may not be over but what about the integrity of the election process?” he demanded.

Pointing to the many measures Democrats put in place ahead of the election, such as pushing for earlier voting and mail-in ballots, as well as extending deadlines in several states, Levin accused them of “enshrining and institutionalizing fraud.”

He denounced the push to declare Biden the new president even while recounts and legal challenges were in progress. President Trump has not conceded the race despite the media’s premature crowning of his Democratic opponent.

“The Democrat Party says it’s over and they push out Joe Biden in the office of the president elect –  we don’t have an office of the president elect! We have one president at a time and Joe Biden is undermining that president, Donald Trump,” Levin asserted.

“We don’t have two foreign policies at the same time. We don’t have two environmental policies at the same time. What’s’ their hurry? They are the ones undermining democracy and finally, they are the ones announcing how they’re going to destroy our constitution. They say hurry up, we are undermining democracy,” he continued.

“If they win the races in Georgia, they’re going to destroy the Supreme Court and destroy the Senate, destroy the legislative process and destroy the Electoral College and cut off the red states from voting –  but we are undermining democracy!” Levin exclaimed, blasting the hypocrisy.

“No. Obama’s undermining democracy. Biden’s undermining democracy. Their whole damn party is undermining democracy!” he said. “And it is about time the media in this country pay attention to what the hell is going on! Go into these cities, follow the volunteer lawyers and see exactly what is taking place, and give us a hand so we can protect the vote and the franchise.”
