BLM to Biden: ‘Black people won this election … We want something for our vote’

If Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden is inaugurated as president in January, there’s a chance he’ll fully embrace the radical Black Lives Matter movement and allow its radical ideology to invade the federal government.

Were this to happen, it’d likely be because of Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors, who this week penned a letter to Biden and vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris, demanding that BLM extremists “want something for our vote.”

In the letter, Cullors, a self-avoided Marxist, claimed that Biden “won this election” because of black voters, meaning therefore that he owes them something.

“Without the resounding support of Black people, we would be saddled with a very different electoral outcome. In short, Black people won this election,” she claimed.

“Alongside Black-led organizations around the nation, Black Lives Matter invested heavily in this election. ‘Vote and Organize’ became our motto, and our electoral justice efforts reached more than 60 million voters. We want something for our vote.”

What Cullors and other radical BLM activists desire, she continued, is for Biden to make the U.S. “reckon with the way it devalues Black people and devastates our lives.”

“Up until this point, the United States has refused to directly reckon with the way it devalues Black people and devastates our lives. This cannot continue,” she wrote.

“Black people can neither afford to live through the vitriol of a Trump-like Presidency nor through the indifference of a Democrat-controlled government that refuses to wrestle with its most egregious and damnable shame.”

Biden and Harris can accomplish this, Cullers continued, by taking “direction from Black grassroots organizations that have been engaged in this work for decades.”

“We look forward to meeting with you at your convenience to begin the immediate work of Black liberation. We would like to actively engage in your Transition Team’s planning and policy work,” her letter concluded.

To be clear, actual black liberation already exists, as evidenced by the litany of successful black Americans who’ve achieved more recognition and amassed more wealth than the vast majority of Americans, race withstanding.

What Cullers and her cohorts mean by “black liberation” is an upside-down system where the demands of aggrieved blacks and shameless race hustlers would trump the interests and well-being of everybody else, including other minorities.

It’s this same thinking that inspired a BLM extremist from Chicago to declare over the summer that looters have the right to take “anything they want to take — take it because these businesses have insurance” and because looting is a form of “reparations.”

To the extremist, the victims of looting don’t matter — only the interests of blacks do. And so it doesn’t matter to them that looters burned down the business of Tony Farhan, a struggling Palestinian business owner, during the Kenosha riots in August.

“The Farhans have struggled economically in recent years. Mr. Farhan, his wife and their four sons moved in with his parents while their savings went to one son’s health care. Mr. Farhan’s ambition for a better life was tied up in the shop. So were many of his family’s belongings,” The New York Times’ Nellie Bowles reported Monday.

“They couldn’t fit all the clothes and toys for their boys in the crowded house they shared with his parents, so they tucked things away into the shop storage room. ‘Half my house was in there,’ said Mr. Farhan, 36, who grew up in Kenosha.”

Not only did Farhan lose everything during the Kenosha riots — but his insurance won’t cover all the damages.

But again, BLM extremists don’t care. You won’t find a single BLM extremist on Twitter highlighting the report. But you will find BLM apologists and sympathizers trashing the story for giving attention to the victims of Black Lives Matters’ extremism.

Case in point:

It’s this same attitude that’s led race hustlers to also posit that it’s OK to discriminate against Asians and whites via affirmative action so long as it benefits blacks.

What remains unclear is whether Biden would, if inaugurated as president, fully embrace BLM’s backward way of thinking. Sadly, the evidence suggests he would.

According to Hans Bader of National Review, Biden seeks a “major expansion of affirmative action.” He also desires to pursue “race-related government spending.”
Suffice it to say, in Biden’s America, being of a certain race — particularly black — would entitle you to certain benefits and privileges inaccessible to others.

In July the Democrat nominee began “proposing hundreds of billions of dollars in new federal spending on housing, education, health care and business capital for Black Americans,” as reported at the time by The Wall Street Journal.

“The Biden plan targets some funding directly to minority families and communities,” the report continued.

But what about other races? Well, “who cares” seems to be the prevailing thought — after all, #BlackLivesMatter (not #AllLivesMatter), right?
