Nevada Democrats have been accused of preventing Republican observers from watching signature checks on massive numbers of mail-in ballots, and Nevada GOP officials are going to federal court for a restraining order to try to temporarily stop the count of alleged illegal votes in Clark County.

At a press conference announcing the litigation, former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt and Trump campaign co-chair in that state made reference to the mail-in ballot law that Nevada Democrats jammed through in August which has prompted all sorts of chain-of-custody (or lack thereof) discrepancies.

“We were told that signatures would save us from all fraud, but to date, we still have not been able to observe these signatures or meaningfully challenge a single mail-in ballot out of hundreds of thousands of ballots cast.

“We firmly believe that there are many voters in this group of mail-in people that are not proper voters,” Laxalt explained.

At the same presser, Ric Grenell, former acting director of national intelligence, tried to educate the corporate media about voter fraud.

Joining Grenell and Laxalt was a woman who reportedly was denied the opportunity to vote because officials said she already voted. “This time they mailed out the ballot, and somebody took my ballot,” she claimed.

A poll watcher at the presser said that he was denied access to observe the vote count.

“The Harry Reid machine recklessly threw ballots into the mail…the fact is we are filing this federal lawsuit to protect legal voters. It is unacceptable in this country to have illegal votes counted, and that is what’s happening in the state of Nevada,” Grenell asserted.

“We have asked Clark County for answers, and they have no answers. They continue to count illegal votes. That is unacceptable, and it is giving legal people a sense that the system is corrupt.”

Grenell told the media that they should be direct in their questions about Clark County procedures to Clark County officials. “We are not getting answers just like you.”

In November 2018, in part because of infighting among the GOP, Democrat Steve Sisolak defeated Republican Adam Laxalt by a relatively narrow margin of 49.4 percent to 45.3 percent. Elections have consequences, such as Sisolak signing the mail-in ballot system into law the summer.

Laxalt appeared on Tucker Carlson’s FNC show on Wednesday night to say that Democrats have stacked the deck against Trump but he believes a path to victory still exists.

He also remarked that President Trump would have won Nevada convincingly without mail-in voting purportedly by dead people and those who have left the state.
