Radio host Dan Bongino was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system that has an excellent survival rate according to the American Cancer Society.
“We did get a diagnosis from my doctor,” Bongino told his radio audience on Oct. 16. “Unfortunately, it is cancer. It’s lymphoma, the Hodgkin’s type. But it is treatable.” The diagnosis comes 10 days after Dan underwent surgery to remove a lump in his neck.
Bongino said he’s optimistic about his chances for recovery and thanked his audience for their heartfelt prayers and well-wishes.
“I do have cancer, and that is hard for me to say,” Bongino, 45, remarked. “But we’ll be OK, and I am optimistic. That’s not some act I’m putting on for the show.”
Dan continued: “Nothing to be depressed about, there’s a treatment plan. Everybody’s got their obstacles. I’ve got good doctors, good family, good support network, great friends and the best audience in the business. You [my audience] are my family. You guys are just amazing. Thank you.”
Some leftists immediately gloated.
“Sometimes karma answers the call,” one bleated.
Oh really? Left-wing hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg suffered from multiple cancers — including colon cancer and several bouts of pancreatic and lung cancer — for years before she finally died last month. Was that karma too?

Notwithstanding the predictable hate from leftists, Bongino was barraged with prayers and well-wishes from his legion of friends and supporters.
“Thank you,” Bongino tweeted. “You all are really amazing. Words don’t do the sense of gratitude I feel any justice.”

Like the warrior he is, Bongino went right back to pummeling Joe Biden for his decades of corrupt self-dealing just hours after he announced his diagnosis.
Bongino tweeted: “If the Biden family was raking in millions from foreign enemies of the United States when Biden was the VP, how much do you think they’ll demand if he wins? Billions? Tens of billions?”

Bongino is a former Secret Service agent and New York City police officer who recently acquired an equity stake in Rumble, an online video-sharing platform that’s trying to compete with the Google-owned YouTube.
Bongino invested in the YouTube competitor after getting disgusted with the alarming Big Tech censorship of conservatives.
In December 2019, Bongino launched the Bongino Report — an alternative to the Drudge Report — after noticing that Drudge has devolved into an anti-Trump left-wing cesspool. These moves are part of Dan’s larger plan to dismantle the left-wing grip on media platforms that censor conservatives.
