Laura Ingraham claims if anybody is shocked by the most-recent accusations against the Biden family for allegedly enriching themselves through government contacts while, in her view, selling out the American middle class, they haven’t been paying close enough attention.
On Thursday night, Fox News Channel’s The Ingraham Angle host called out Joe Biden and his family for what she described as their “get-rich-quick scheme” that involved cashing in on “shady overseas deals” while Biden was Barack Obama’s vice president.
“A treasure trove of emails from foreign interests to Hunter Biden are just more evidence of what we already knew, that the family is knee-deep in sleaze. People like the Bidens, and the Clintons for that matter, they don’t have to take formal bribes. There’s no need for any smoking gun. They simply do everything possible while in office to help rich people and to fight off movements like ours that would force big business to pay higher wages,” Ingraham declared.
Ingraham recalled that it wasn’t an accident that good-paying jobs purportedly disappeared in the 2000s prior to the 2016 election. “What happened to all the prosperity we were supposed to see from allowing China into the World Trade Organization? If you look at the Bidens and the Clintons paydays well, you can see where some of that money went.”
She went to claim that a CCP-connected Chinese billionaire, who also poured cash into the Clinton Foundation, paid millions to Hunter Biden for “introductions.”
Although corporate media has promulgated the mythology that big business underwrites the GOP, the Fox News host asserted that Wall Street interests are funneling massive amounts of cash into the Joe Biden for president campaign.
“He’s [Biden’s] always been one of the top benefactors of Wall Street’s largesse. It’s been going on for decades. But this year? Up against the populist incumbent, economic nationalist Donald Trump, the spigots of Wall Street have really opened up. Billionaires there though they feel very threatened by Trump because he is trying to drain the very swamp that they got so rich filling. Now with all that at stake, for Wall Street, the Democrats, the mega-donor class, they just haven’t bought ads with all the money they gave. They’ve actually bought the media….”

The FNC host also slammed Big Tech for censorship the New York Post scoop about Hunter Biden and noted that ex-Clinton operative George Stephanopoulos predictably failed to ask Biden about the scandal during Wednesday night’s town hall that aired on ABC.

The former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who back in the day worked for CBS and MSNBC, explained how self-dealing, mercenary Beltway insiders are play-acting when they go on TV to condemn President Trump.
“No one, and I mean no one, in the D.C. Establishment actually believes that Trump is a racist or a fascist or Russian mole. They don’t think he’s going to tear down democracy or blow up the world or destroy the Constitution. They certainly don’t think that an old hack like Biden is going to save us from COVID or anything else. Most of them probably don’t think the economy is going to do better for most people under Biden.
“The establishment just wants Trump and his movement out of the way. So they can go back to doing what they do best, making it easy for rich people around the world to take advantage of America’s middle class.”
As a response to predatory/monopolistic capitalism and corporate welfare to which Laura Ingraham appears to be alluding, economic populism is one of the reasons why GOP standard-bearer D0nald Trump, a former Democrat and independent, won the 2016 presidential election.
