An unidentified woman has become public enemy number one for a bizarre conversation that led to her doing the unthinkable.

Her stunning behavior was caught on video by the young man, a Twitter user who goes by the aliases “Mulaflare” and “Glo Mula.”

While it’s unclear what started the feud, the video began with the woman ranting mindlessly about a rapper named Hopsin as the man tried to reach his car. She later revealed that she has a long history of mental illness. While mental illness certainly would help explain a lot of her erratic behaviors, it would never excuse them, especially harming a helpless animal.

At one point, the young man asked her, “Are you off crack?”

“Are you on the [inaudible] too?” she replied as she then technically assaulted him by making a failed attempt to knock his phone out of his hand.

“Back up. See these rings, n—a? I’m rich,” the man then said.

“Exactly,” the strange woman replied.

“What do you have, love, in your life? If I checked your mom, your sister and you brother, do they really love you?” she then asked.

What?

Watch the bizarre altercation below (*Language warning, graphic content):

“Back up. What are you talking about? Let me get back in my car, bro!” the man then pleaded.

In response, the presumably insane woman began ranting about the mafia and “the military of the United States.”

She added, “You’re black.”

It’s unclear where she was going with this …

As the surreal conversation continued, the woman tried kicking him.

A couple of seconds later, the young man asked, “Is that your dog?”

For whatever reason, this innocent question inspired her to throw the dog at the man, causing it to crash to the ground, begin shrieking in terror and rush to the young man — not the woman, who was presumably her owner — for protection.

This enraged the young man, who shouted, “Get the f–k out of here, you dumb b—h!”

The woman then approached him in an attempt to retrieve the dog, but the man said, “This is not your f–king dog. This is not your dog no more. I got video of everything. Get the f–k out of here. You’re going to jail, b—h.

She responded by stating she has a mental health record. No kidding?

The video concluded with the woman accusing him of stealing her dog.

Actually, no, he SAVED her dog and has since launched a GoFundMe to raise money to take care of it.

As of Sunday morning, the GoFundMe campaign had already raised over $3,000.

Meanwhile, the public was desperate to determine the identity of the woman, though there was an ongoing debate over what would be the best outcome for her. Some suggested she be locked up because she’s a “psycho,” while others preferred she receives mental help. Perhaps she could be locked up in a mental ward?

Look at some of the reaction below:

According to unconfirmed reports on Twitter, the woman was eventually apprehended and charged with animal cruelty and public intoxication.

The young man whom she’d harassed has meanwhile since reportedly adopted the dog from the rescue site that had initially taken it in.

As for the dog, it’s reportedly doing terrific:
