Conservative radio host Dan Bongino was flooded with well-wishes after he shared the “good news” and “bad news” in an update on his health.

The former Secret Service agent took to Twitter Wednesday to let his 2.4 million followers know how the surgery went to remove a tumor from his neck. Although the procedure was a success, Bongino noted that it appeared that the mass was cancerous.

“Thank you all for your kind words & well wishes,” Bongino tweeted on Wednesday.

“I’m out of surgery & I feel good. They removed the entire tumor from my neck. The bad news is, it looks like lymphoma,” he added before giving a more optimistic take. “The good news is, there are treatment options.  Either way, it’ll be okay. Thank you all for your support.”

Bongino revealed the existence of the growth in an emotional announcement to listeners on his radio show last month, saying that “there’s a strong likelihood that it is not cancerous.”

“We don’t know what it is. It’s in a very weird spot in my neck near my carotid artery, near vocal cords and things, and it is big,” the 45-year-old said at the time about the 10-centimeter by 7-centimeter tumor he found on his neck.

The former NYPD officer had discussed having a history of lipomas or “fatty tumors ” that he has had to have removed during a Fox News interview when he gave an update on the diagnosis.

“They’re benign, I’ve never had any issue with them at all and I noticed there was a lump on the left side of my neck about two weeks ago. I thought it was from grappling — I had gotten choked out a couple of times,” he explained, referring to an incident in martial arts training.

He admitted that was “not easy to hear” the radiologist tell him they had found the large growth on his neck and, getting emotional, he told the “Fox & Friends” co-hosts that he was “hoping for the best.”

Prayers poured in on Twitter ahead of Bongino’s surgery on Wednesday.

And after his update, another wave of messages came in wishing Bongino a speedy recovery and successful treatment, which were answered with many grateful responses.

“Praying for you Dan,” author and Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce tweeted. “You’re in the best country in the world with the best medical treatment in human history. Stay strong.”

“Praying for you, Dan!” Fellow Fox News contributor Lisa Boothe tweeted.
