Actor Tom Arnold took his hatred of President Trump to a new low and decided to publicize the alleged phone number of one of the president’s closest advisers.
The 61-year-old comedian called on his 260,000 Twitter followers in a since-deleted tweet to call Trump senior counselor Hope Hicks after reports on Thursday that she had tested positive for coronavirus. But after sharing what he claimed was Hicks’ “personal cell” phone number in the message, Arnold was scorched on social media for what even liberals thought was not a cool move.
Hicks, who had traveled with Trump to the first presidential debate against Democratic nominee Joe Biden in Cleveland on Tuesday, and then a Minnesota for a rally on Wednesday, tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday. Hours later, Trump confirmed that he and his wife, first lady Melania Trump, had also tested positive.
“Silent thoughts & prayers aren’t enough for national treasure Hope Hicks,” Arnold tweeted, according to Fox News. “She needs to hear them.”
He soon deleted the tweet and, after severe backlash, appeared to claim, “I was being nice!!” in a tweet of the Fox News report.

Arnold, who was once married to comedian and actress Roseanne Barr, has been a vocal critic of the president and his Twitter rants against him have earned both cheers from the left and derision by many others. He recently called for “us white liberal men” to take up arms against police in the nation’s capital.
“2nd Amendment is for everyone including black men with long guns but it’s f—ing time for us white liberal men to stand up for our brothers & sisters,” Arnold tweeted in June. “Borrow our dad’s hunting rifles & go nose to nose with Trump’s gang of misfit tools. Let’s do it.”
His petty attack on Hicks sparked widespread criticism on Twitter.
.@tomarnold is a sick man — and, at the same time, just a typical Democrat. https://t.co/5Xqbxk2QC9

“Democrats believe they’re going to win the election, so they aren’t bothering to hide who and what they are now,” actor James Woods tweeted. “This one is a particularly nasty piece of work.”
“Tom Arnold has always been a horrible, smelly piece of trash,” Juanita Broaddrick stated simply.

I just read Tom Arnold shared Hope Hicks’ phone number on twitter. That is a total dick move and he deserves the backlash he’s getting.
I don’t care that he’s a liberal. You don’t share private info no matter who the person is.

I can’t stand Hope Hicks. I can’t stand Tom Arnold either. However, personal thoughts about both of them aside, he was totally out of order to share her personal telephone number. You just don’t do that on social media! He deserves the backlash!!

If Tom Arnold really posted Hope Hicks actual cell phone number, he is a bigger jerk than I thought that he was.

Many demanded that the social media platform, which appears to quickly censor conservatives, follow up with some consequences.
Tom Arnold violated Twitter’s TOS by sharing private information (aka doxxing) of a high profile White House official.
Many who have done the same have been permanently suspended from the platform.
Will @jack take action against him? https://t.co/4MTmQS00CX

Roger Stone was permanently banned for calling CNN hosts names, but Tom Arnold doxxes people and Twitter CEO @jack just makes him delete the tweet and let’s him keep his account. https://t.co/Ldjdox46kT

Hope Hicks didn’t deserve to have her number published. Doxxing is BS. And yes, Tom Arnold should get at least a temporary ban for doing it.

Many just wondered how Arnold was even able to get Hicks’ phone number, if it was for real.
The real question is why does Tom Arnold have Hope Hicks’ phone number?

The most shocking news of the day is not that #TrumpHasCovid, but that Tom Arnold has Hope Hicks’ cell number ??

How in the world does Tom Arnold have Hope Hicks’ cell number in the first place??
