A journalist is calling on President Trump to sign an executive order to “abolish” critical race theory training in federal agencies.

Chris Rufo, a Research Fellow at Discovery Institute, spoke with Fox News host Tucker Carlson about his investigations into the disturbing indoctrination of federal employees with white privilege seminars. He urged the president to “immediately issue” an order to eliminate the ideology which is being “weaponized” against  Americans.

“It’s absolutely astonishing how critical race theory has pervaded every institution in the federal government,” Rufo said on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Tuesday.

“What I have discovered is that critical race theory has become, in essence, the default ideology of the federal bureaucracy and is now being weaponized against the American people,” he added.

Rufo described investigations he has conducted over the last six months that expose “the kind of depth of this critical race theory, cult indoctrination, and the danger and destruction it can wreak.”

He told Carlson about the diversity trainer hired by the U.S. Treasury Department who has billed the federal government “more than $5 million over the past 15 years” for conducting seminars on critical race theory. The trainer allegedly told federal employees that America is a fundamentally white supremacist country and that “virtually all white people uphold the system of racism and white superiority.

Rufo noted that he was “essentially denouncing the country” while asking white employees at the Treasury Department “to accept their white privilege, accept their white racial superiority,” and accept all of “the baggage that comes with this reducible essence of whiteness.”

“Critical race theory has actually now infiltrated our criminal justice system,” Rufo added, pointing to an investigation he conducted that revealed the FBI is now “holding weekly seminars on intersectionality,” which he described as “a hard left academic theory that reduces people to a network of racial, gender and sexual orientation identities, that intersect in complex ways and determine whether you are an oppressor or oppressed.”

He noted how the “white, straight male,” such as FBI Director Christopher Wray, fits into their narrative at the top of “this pyramid of evil.”

Last month, Rufo shared screenshots of leaked documents from a three-day “race-segregated, taxpayer-funded session” hosted last year by Sandia National Laboratories, which designs America’s nuclear weapons, in a reeducation camp of sorts. The mandatory training, paid for by American taxpayers, was called “White Men’s Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia in Organizations.”

“Whistle-blowers within Sandia Laboratories have now spoken out, but laboratory executives have dispatched counterintelligence schemes to quickly erase their communication, silence and shut them down,” Rufo told Carlson.

Rufo had reported on the latest development involving “dissident electrical engineer” Casey Peterson in a Twitter thread last week, noting how he sparked a “civil war” when he emailed the lab’s 16,000 employees “denouncing critical race theory” in the company.

The filmmaker and policy researcher told Carlson that “conservatives need to wake up,” warning that it is an “existential threat to the United States, and that bureaucracy, even under the Trump Administration, is now being weaponized against core traditional American values.”

He called on Trump to immediately issue an executive order “abolishing critical race theory trainings from the federal government” and “stamp out this destructive, divisive, pseudoscientific ideology at its root.”

Rufo expounded on the idea that institutions of the federal government have “abandoned the core American principles of equality under the law, of judging individuals as individuals on their merits, and they are now adopting this radical left ideology of judging people from their group identity.”

He added that “Americans should be deeply worried,” especially with the ideology permeating agencies like the FBI and revealed he is currently investigating leaks about similar training inside the U.S. military.

“But what I can say is this, they are essentially, starting in 2011 with an Obama Executive Order, mandating diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the federal government, they have created these offices of diversity and inclusion, who ostensibly supporting greater diversity,” Rufo explained.

“But in practice, according to sources throughout the federal government, serve as almost internal intelligence services to perpetuate this ideology and to root out conservative ideas and ultimately purge conservative employees,” he added.
