Left-wing extremists in Portland, Oregon, allegedly opened fire on and killed a member of the pro-free-speech, pro-liberty group Patriot Prayer during a pro-Trump caravan rally Saturday in the radically far-left city.

But unlike in the case of accused Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, who opened fire as left-wing extremists were chasing, attacking and potentially trying to kill him, video evidence out of Portland suggests the extremists may have opened fire for the hell of it.

As seen in the videos above, the victim appeared to be walking when he ran into the alleged shooter. One of the extremists then allegedly yelled, “We got a Trumper right there.” Seconds later, an extremist opened fire, killing the alleged Trump supporter.

Additional video footage purports to show the shooter in other parts of Portland:

It’s not yet been confirmed that this was indeed the shooter. As of Sunday morning, in fact, no suspects had been named by local authorities yet.

Immediately following the shooting, police rushed in and found the victim dead.

“Portland Police officers heard sounds of gunfire from the area of Southeast 3rd Avenue and Southwest Alder Street. They responded and located a victim with a gunshot wound to the chest. Medical responded and determined that the victim was deceased,” the Portland Police Bureau reportedly said in a statement

After word emerged that the victim had been wearing a Patriot Prayer hat and carrying a Blue Lives Matter flag, the city’s radicalized extremists reportedly celebrated their successful murder of a so-called “fascist.”

Some of their “comrades” on the social media platform Twitter, which has become a hotbed of left-wing extremism, reportedly joined the festivities as well.

Look (*Language warning):

The shooting marked the culmination of what had been an extremely tense day in Portland as pro-Trump, pro-liberty supporters swarmed into the city to push back on the rising tide of left-wing extremism overtaking it.

“Many demonstrators said they were fired up after the Republican National Convention and wanted to come out and provide a counterpoint to the other protests that have been happening in Portland for the past three months,” local station KOIN reported.

“The crowd soon grew to the low thousands. Around 5:30 p.m., members of the group started the cruise portion of the evening, making their way toward Portland. The route was not announced ahead of time, but hundreds of cars and trucks streamed across the Morrison Bridge into downtown Portland.”

President Donald Trump loved this part of the rally:

But with the “cruise” portion came widespread mayhem, with both the Trump supporters and left-wing extremists trading barbs and, in some cases, projectiles.

Watch:

As of Sunday, the media were still playing it fairly straight, though they’d taken to falsely labeling the extremists mere “protesters” and accusing the victim of being a member of a “far-right group.” This discrepancy did not go unnoticed.
