Bolstered by SCOTUS ‘win’ Pelosi doubles down on Russian collusion, vows to probe what Trump’s ‘hiding’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claimed Thursday that she STILL believes in the Russian collusion delusion hoax and conspiracy theory.

She offered the admission while speaking about the Supreme Court ruling that Congress cannot view President Donald Trump’s financial records for the time being and that the case must be returned to the lower courts for further review.

According to Politico, a future final ruling against Congress could “curb Congress’s formidable subpoena power against the Executive Branch, which lawmakers have wielded as a cudgel for information for decades.”

To make matters worse for Democrats, all nine justices, including the liberal ones, reportedly “said Congress has deployed an overbroad interpretation of its own power.”

This was not good news, yet in her weekly press conference Thursday, Pelosi not only predictably presented it as a win for Democrats but also admitted that she’s a full-fledged conspiracy theorist, aka an unhinged nutter.

Watch:

“A careful reading of the Supreme Court rulings related to the President’s financial records is not good news for President Trump,” she said. “The Court has reaffirmed the Congress’s authority to conduct oversight on behalf of the American people, as it asks for further information from the Congress.”

Congress’s constitutional responsibility to uncover the truth continues, specifically related to the President’s Russia connection that he is hiding. The Congress will continue to conduct oversight For The People, upholding the separation of powers that is the genius of our Constitution. We will continue to press our case in the lower courts.”

What Russia connection? Former special counsel Robert Mueller spent years digging into the president’s connections and ties, and he found nothing. Absolutely nothing. Yet over a year after the conclusion of his investigation, here Pelosi is spouting the same conspiratorial musings that had comprised the Russian collusion hoax.

Except that when she tweeted a transcript of her remarks to her followers, she purposefully opted to remove the line about Russia. Hmmm.

Look:

Why did she remove the line? What is SHE trying to hide?

Conservative Twitter users responded to her tweets by warning her that two can play the records game that she and her colleagues have been playing.

Look:

Pelosi’s decision to try and relitigate the long-closed Russian collusion delusion hoax and conspiracy speaks to what appears to be an obsessive compulsion among the Democrats to always be pursuing Trump’s removal from office.

Ever the president stepped into office in early 2017, in fact, Democrats have been plotting in some fashion or another, be it by falsely accusing him of boasting “Russian ties” or by impeaching him over something that never happened.

And just as the Democrats have vowed to try and impeach the president again some day soon, so it appears they’re also now vowing to pursue the Russian hoax again.

Like Republican National Committee spokesperson Elizabeth Harrington tweeted, “Democrats literally can come up with nothing else except their ‘collusion’ lie.”

And a lie it is indeed.
