Presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden, 77, demonstrated his alleged cognitive superiority Tuesday by calling a Fox News reporter a “lying dog face” as the reporter questioned him about his otherwise apparent cognitive decline.

During a speech that afternoon at a school in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, Biden took several questions from an unnamed Fox News reporter.

The reporter’s third and final question concerned the former VP’s mental health.

“Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive decline. I’m 65. I don’t have word recollection that I used to have. I forget my train of thought from time to time. You’ve got 12 years on me, sir. Have you been tested for some degree of cognitive decline?” the reporter asked.

But as the reporter tried speaking, Biden interrupted him to exclaim, “You’re a lying dog face!

Watch:

After the reporter concluded reading his question, Biden offered a reply.

I’ve been tested. I’m constantly testing. Look, all you got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against. Thank you so much,” he said.

Notice how he spoke of “the man I’m running against.” It’s not clear if he’d been speaking vaguely on purpose or he’d simply forgotten the name of the president.

It’s also not clear what prompted Biden to accuse the reporter of being a “lying dog face.” It seems like he said it before the reporter even had a chance to read his question.

The whole incident was ironic, because if anything, it demonstrated Biden’s inability to learn from his past errors, which is a clear sign of cognitive decline.

The last time he called someone a “lying dog face” back in February, he got bashed for being unable to handle a simple question and for being a jerk.

Look:

Four months later, he’s repeated the same mistake. Not a good look.

Note also how he said he’s “tested regularly” for cognitive impairment. But why? Why would someone be tested regularly for cognitive impairment? Is it possible he thought the reporter was referring to coronavirus tests? Some believe so. It’s either that or he’s been having cognitive problems:

Fox News host Sean Hannity posed the same questions late Tuesday.

“Let me get this straight. He’s constantly being tested for cognitive abilities? Why is Joe Biden getting constantly tested for a cognitive decline? After hearing that, I’m wondering if maybe all Americans need cognitive testing regularly,” he said on Fox News’ “Hannity.”

“That concerns me. Does that concern the American people? Are they going to ask the ever-forgetful, weak Joe Biden why he’s being constantly tested for cognitive decline?”

The media certainly won’t.

Listen:

But Biden’s verbal altercation with the unnamed reporter wasn’t the only odd incident that occurred during his speech. During another portion of it, his sign language interpreter grew visibility confused and frustrated as she tried to decipher how exactly to sign the word salad that he was spouting from his mouth.

Watch:

Also not a good look.
