Fox News host Sean Hannity and billionaire investor Mark Cuban, host of the entrepreneur reality show “Shark Tank,” sparred again Tuesday evening over President Donald Trump and his presumptive Democratic rival, Joe Biden.

On an earlier show, Hannity had asked Cuban to name Biden’s most significant accomplishments during his eight years as President Barack Obama’s vice president, leading the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks to cite the Affordable Care Act, more popularly known as “Obamacare.”

After playing that clip, Hannity said, “Mark … the promise of ObamaCare, correct me if I’m wrong, was, ‘Keep your doctor, keep your plan and save…on average save $2,500 per year per family.’”

“The results are in,” the host continued. “Millions lost their doctors, millions lost their plan, on average the country is paying 200 percent more, nobody saved a penny, and nearly 40 percent of the country only has one Obamacare exchange option.

“Now, are you going to tell my audience that worked? You’re too smart for that.”

“Yeah, I am, I’m glad you read your whole list and you got it all written down,” Cuban fired back, “because the insurance rates were going up far faster until ObamaCare, [then] it slowed down. The inflation for the health care rates was skyrocketing until ObamaCare.”

After some crosstalk, Hannity asked Cuban, “Did you go to one of those 13 schools in Baltimore where…not one kid is proficient in math because…hang on…the promise was ‘keep your doctor, keep your plan, save $2,500 a year.”

“First of all, they’re not mutually exclusive,” Cuban responded. “Second of all, inflation for health care was skyrocketing” before Obamacare. “But you know what? When you ask voters today, do they wanna keep Obamacare, Sean, what do they say? You know the numbers.”

Some recent polling indicates that a majority of Americans support at least some provisions of the law. But in terms of whether or not Obamacare actually delivered on all of the promises Democrats who passed it made — including that the law would finally provide universal coverage, lower premiums overall, and lower health costs — the answer is a resounding no.

Also, recent surveys have shown most Americans do not support Democrats’ new “Medicare-for-All” push.

The host and his guest then moved somewhat clumsily into the subject of Mexico paying for the border wall after Cuban dismissed the notion that Obamacare was not meeting its objectives.

“Mexico is paying for the border wall,” Hannity insisted. “You wanna know how? We got a better trade deal. Donald Trump did that!”

“No, we didn’t!” Cuban shot back.

“Yes, we did!” Hannity responded.

“Donald Trump doesn’t even know how tariffs work,” Cuban claimed. “I’m gonna give you some business advice.”

“How did you become a billionaire?” Hannity interjected. “Do I need to buy you a calculator?”

“So, Sean, I’m gonna give you some business advice,” Cuban repeated. “If you’re going to negotiate, you don’t fall in love with dictators that you have to negotiate with. It never works, and when they don’t love you back, it is even worse.”

“Who fell in love with dictators?” Hannity fired off. “China gave us more money than they’ve ever given. Canada gave us more money. Western Europe gave us more money. Mexico, Japan…”

“No, they don’t! They don’t give us more money!” Cuban fired back, adding something about NATO funding as crosstalk continued.

The segment ended with the two discussing rises in the national debt during the eight years of Obama and Trump’s roughly three years in office.
