A Twitter feud spanning two days involving “Hellboy” actor Ron Perlman and several Republican members of Congress has led to multiple fight-for-charity proposals.

The feud began Saturday evening when Perlman tweeted at President Donald Trump and Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida. Perlman attacked them for coming out against U.S. Soccer’s decision to allow players to kneel during the national anthem.

“The US Soccer team called and you guessed it… said they couldn’t give any less of a fuck about what you two dipshits think,” Perlman tweeted.

U.S. Soccer’s board of directors voted to repeal its national anthem policy disallowing players to kneel during the anthem Wednesday. “U.S. Soccer affirms Black Lives Matter, and we support the fight against racial injustices,” the federation said in a statement.

Gaetz then pointed out that Perlman, whom he labeled a “racial justice warrior,” had portrayed a white supremacist on the FX show “Sons of Anarchy.” Perlman responded saying whereas he plays “assholes on TV,” Gaetz is an actual one.

“The fact that Hollywood thinks I’m an asshole is a badge of honor,” replied Gaetz.

The two continued to go back and forth with Perlman alleging Florida’s first congressional district, which Gaetz represents, was gerrymandered and Gaetz responding with a map of the district.

Perlman then dragged Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio into the feud. “If it weren’t for him you’d be the ugliest politician walking,” Perlman to Gaetz.

“You talk good game when you’ve got Hollywood makeup & stuntmen,” Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas tweeted, hopping into the fight. “I’ll bet $10k—to the nonpolitical charity of your choice—that you couldn’t last 5 min in the wrestling ring w/ @Jim_Jordan w/o getting pinned.”

Jordan was a two-time NCAA Division I champion wrestler at the University of Wisconsin and was a coach for the Ohio State wrestling team from 1986 to 1994.

Perlman then responded to Cruz with a counter-proposal that the two of them fight. Perlman also offered to give $50,000 to Black Lives Matter.

Cruz subsequently called Perlman “soft” and “scared to wrestle Jordan.” He mocked Perlman saying, “Need to get a manicure?”

Perlman mocked Cruz back for recruiting Jordan to fight on his behalf.

“Let’s get back to bidness ted. jim jordan’s too easy, just a little bitch. But you teddy, you talk shit about New York every chance you get. My hometown. It’s personal. Let’s go mofo!” Perlman said.
