Chris Cuomo slammed for stoking violence, wants to know ‘where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful?’

CNN anchor Chris Cuomo is seemingly functioning as an apologist for the looting and arson that has persisted after the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis police custody.

Chris Cuomo (a.k.a. Fredo), the fake tough guy on the fake news network who would be horrified, with good reason, if “impolite” aggressors showed up at his place of business or his luxury home to register their grievances about inequities or injustice, asked his audience “Please, show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful?”

Joe Concha, the media columnist for The Hill, took to Twitter to respond to this idiotic rhetorical question by a so-called journalist:

“CNN’s highest-rated anchor — who once compared Antifa to allied troops storming Normandy on D-Day — now saying ‘show me where it says protesters are supposed to be polite and peaceful.’ The very worst of ‘journalism’ on display that will result in injury or worse of innocents…”

It’s hard to believe that Cuomo is actually bringing in any significant viewership outside of those unfortunately force-fed CNN in airport waiting areas. The son of the late Mario Cuomo, New York’s Democrat Gov. from 1983 to 1994, Chris Cuomo is a graduate of Yale, which doesn’t speak well of the Ivy League. He is also an attorney with a law degree from Fordham University, which means an attorney with a nightly media platform could be encouraging violence.

As a law student, he may have cut some classes when the U.S. Constitution was under discussion, particularly the First Amendment provision that protects the right of the people to peacefully assemble.

Cuomo epitomizes what’s known as a limousine liberal (referred to in Europe as a champagne socialist) who, through wealth and connections, insulates himself from or even disregards policies that he has advocated.

In various embarrassingly juvenile on-air interviews, Chris has never asked his brother, current New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, why he packed nursing homes with COVID-positive patients with disastrous results.

Among his long list of accomplishments, the CNN anchor condemned President Trump for taking hydroxychloroquine as a preventive when it turned out that Fredo himself was taking a less-safe version of the drug after he was diagnosed with COVID-19.

A big fan of the coronavirus lockdown, Cuomo — who staged an emergence from his basement —  apparently violated his own quarantine at least twice, on one occasion getting in an argument with a bicyclist while visiting (unmasked) some property he is developing on Long Island about 6o miles from his home.

Now that protests have erupted across the nation, CNN and other anti-Trump outlets seem to have abandoned any demands for people to stay home and stay safe and engage in social distancing.

Twitter users joined with Concha to excoriate the CNN anchor for his pandering.
