Bannon calls for people to ‘overthrow’ the Chinese Communist Party, every bit as cold-blooded as Nazi’s

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon has warned that the Chinese Community Party is as dangerous as deceased dictator Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party and that eliminating it is this generation’s “fight for freedom.”

This is about a totalitarian regime every bit as brutal, every bit as cold-blooded, every bit as tough as the Nazis in the 1930s,” he bluntly said during an appearance Saturday evening on Fox News.

They’ve got to be confronted. Right now we are in an information and economic war, and this is a hot war.

A war that’s taken on new meaning amid the coronavirus pandemic that erupted across the world because of China’s gross incompetence and lies.

Listen to his remarks below, via FNC’s “Watters World” (disable your adblocker if the video doesn’t appear):

“The Chinese Communist Party knew in late December that they had human-to-human transmission and community spread. They hid it. They hid it from the World Health Organization,” he continued.

“The Chinese Communist Party knew it, they went around the world and vacuumed up all the [personal protective equipment], knowing that they would need it and later they could use it as leverage against countries.”

And the moment President Donald Trump began taking justified actions against China, establishment Democrats like presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden rushed to the CCP’s defense.

“When President Trump stopped travel … Joe Biden took the side of Beijing. He took the side of the totalitarian dictators saying this was xenophobic and nativist,” Bannon noted, though he stopped short of indicting the entire Democrat Party.

Instead, he expressed his optimistic though perhaps naive belief that the majority of the party, “particularly the Bernie people, the economic nationalists, the labor unions, the working class people particularly up in the upper Midwest that are old-school, hardcore labor Democrats, understand what the Chinese Communist Party” has been doing.

And not only in regard to the coronavirus pandemic but also in regard to its other gross (and mostly ignored) violations of decency, from its harvesting of organs from living detainees to its enslavement of Uyghur Muslims.

“This is this generation’s call to destiny. We have to confront this, and we have to beat it,” Bannon concluded.

But the problem, host Jesse Watters countered, is that too much of America — particularly Hollywood — is beholden to China.

This is true.

“China has led Hollywood down the path of submission to a state censorship apparatus whose standards are as murky and unpredictable as those of most democratic countries are clear and consistent,” Boston College humanities scholar Martha Bayles wrote in a piece for The Atlantic last September.

Meanwhile, there’s “been a migration of individual film professionals, including not just actors but also hundreds of ‘below-the-line’ workers (cinematographers, composers, visual effects supervisors, action coordinators, and the like) into the Chinese film industry—which is to say, into the Chinese propaganda machine.”

In response to Watters’ point, Bannon cited former President Ronald Reagan’s legendary Cold War strategy: “We win, they lose.”

“That’s the attitude that we’ve have got to take today, and I think you’re seeing it,” Bannon continued, citing a new Pew Research Center showing that an overwhelming majority of Republicans and Democrats now boast “an unfavorable opinion of China.”

“That Pew Research was shocking, and I tell you who it shocked the most: the totalitarian dictators. The gangsters in Beijing see the American people coming together. This is what’s going to unite us,” Bannon said.

This is the new fight for freedom to free the Chinese people, to break the firewall. Once they get their freedom, they’re going to overthrow this dictatorship, and I gotta tell you, that’s what’s going to lead the world to peace and prosperity — is the removal of the Communist Chinese Party.”

Fair enough, though as noted by Watters, it’s “going to be tough to cleave the people away from the Chinese Communist Party.”

“We have our work cut out for us,” he said as the segment concluded.

Especially since the same tech giants and establishment media outlets that invest so much time and effort into violating the American people’s constitutionally guaranteed rights have shown little interest in directing this same zeal toward holding the CCP accountable.

And so even though Twitter has suspended or banned so many conservative individuals and organizations for merely sharing inconvenient facts or opinions, it continues to allow literal CCP propagandists to operate freely on the network.

Here’s just a sliver of the propaganda floating on the social media network:

Last month Republican Sen. Ben Sasse and Rep. Mike Gallagher sent a letter to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey pleading with him to take action against the CCP’s “massive propaganda campaign to rewrite the history of COVID-19 and whitewash the Party’s lies to the Chinese people and the world.”

But as of late April, Dorsey had still not taken any action.
