For four hours straight this Monday, Fox News enjoyed a ratings phenomenon of five+ million total tuned-in viewers, thus doubling the meager 2.48 to 2.49 million total viewers CNN briefly managed to enjoy between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
FNC’s ratings spectacle coincided with President Donald Trump’s most explosive coronavirus task force briefing. Over the course of two and a half hours, the president repeatedly bashed the media for pushing unadulterated “fake news.” Even mild-mannered task force point man Dr. Anthony Fauci lost his cool with the media.
In response to the president calling out the media, the notorious anti-Trump “journalists” at CNNÂ cranked out a series of hysterical chyrons accusing the president of disseminating “propaganda.” The irony was quite rich.

The far-left network, which has since been accused by a contributing columnist with The Washington Post of publishing literal “Chinese propaganda,” also took shots at Fox News, framing its own non-hysterical, objective chyrons as something wrong.

Besides attacking everybody but themselves, CNN’s “journalists” also reportedly chose to pull out of the briefing when the president began playing a video compilation of media figures downplaying the threat of the then-emerging coronavirus threat in January.
“To play a propaganda video at taxpayer expense in the White House briefing room is a new — you can insert your favorite word here in this administration,” CNN anchor John King reportedly said after the network cut away from the briefing.
Despite cutting away from the briefing and trashing the president and Fox News, it appears CNN earned no boost in ratings. FNC did not fare similarly.
“By the 5 p.m. hour … the network was up to 5 million viewers total with a whopping 890,000 in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 demo. Their viewership then stayed above 5 million for the next four hours,” Mediaite has confirmed.
“As the briefing raged on — and Fox’s chyrons drew attention — “Special Report With Bret Baier” drew 1.14 million in the demo and 6.54 million in total viewers, “The Story With Martha MacCallum” drew 1.29 million in the demo and 5.53 million total, and “Tucker Carlson Tonight” — airing after Trump’s briefing had concluded — kept the streak going with 976,000 in the demo and 5 million in total viewers.”
The network’s roaring ratings eventually dropped to 4.54 million total in the 9:00 pm slot.
It’s not clear if the dichotomy between Fox’s ratings and CNN’s ratings is due to the left-wing network’s incessant desire to trash the president of the United States or the public’s belief that the network is nothing but a “Democrat Party front group.”
Lol, CNN has awful ratings. It makes no difference if they carry the president’s press conference or not. Meanwhile, it’s effectively a Democrat Party front group.https://t.co/CurGRG5AED

You notice how the harder CNN hates on Trump, the lower their ratings sink?

The rating success for FNC occurred a day before former President Barack Hussein Obama’s inexplicably chose to trash the network while simultaneously endorsing presumptive Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden.
“So our country’s future hangs on this election, and it won’t be easy. The other side has a massive war chest; the other side has a propaganda network with little regard for the truth,” he said while delivering his endorsement via a video posted to social media.
The insinuation was that Fox News is “a propaganda network with little regard for the truth.”
His unsubstantiated accusation comes amid what appears to be a purposeful effort by the mainstream establishment media to downplay, bury or outright ignore allegations of sexual assault that have been leveled against Biden.
“It has been nearly three weeks since former congressional staffer Tara Reade spoke out about her 1993 sexual assault accusation against former Vice President Joe Biden, but it wasn’t until Easter Sunday that it began receiving any attention from the mainstream media. And if you only watch CNN, you still haven’t heard about it,” the so-called “propaganda network” known as Fox News accurately reported Tuesday.
Some outlets such as The Washington Post and The New York Times have taken up the story, but only to downplay accuser Tara Reade’s allegations.

Do you think people won’t notice that liberal institutions and media outlets spent months maligning Brett Kavanaugh’s defenders as misogynistic rape apologists, only to now invoke all their arguments to defend Joe Biden & demean Tara Reade?
Do you think people are that dumb?

Why is the entire mainstream media hiding an accusation that Joe Biden sexually assaulted his former staffer Tara Reade? She’s not some random lady. This was his staffer when he was a Senator.
Why is the media protecting Joe from public pressure for an investigation?

It’s not clear whether Obama hasn’t seen these pieces, whether he doesn’t understand the definition of the word propaganda or whether he’s just purposefully lying again, much as he did throughout his time in office from 2009 to early 2017.
