Damning videos out of China put coronavirus numbers into question. Mainstream media take note!

Questions have emerged in recent days over whether China’s purported “success” in curtailing the coronavirus outbreak is real or just a mirage manufactured by the East Asian nation’s ruthlessly communist government.

A growing body of evidence strongly suggests it’s indeed a mirage — albeit one that some in the media, particularly CNN, have been eager to accept as real:

Is habitually wrong CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta’s contention that the United States now boasts more coronavirus cases than China true? If the Communist Party of China hasn’t been lying about its coronavirus cases, then sure. But if it has been lying, then no.

Now meet Jennifer Zeng, an acclaimed mainland Chinese-born human rights activist, author, and actual (versus fake) journalist. Earlier this week she posted harrowing video footage from China allegedly showing a hospital refusing to admit a coronavirus patient because it wants to maintain its “zero new case” record.

Watch:

Some defenders of China have responded to her video by accusing her of taking the video out of context and misinforming her allegedly “brainwashed” viewers.

“[I]t is interesting seeing someone tries to fool those foreigners by using the fact that they do not understand Chinese, so that they can only believe what you told them,” one critic wrote.

“Don’t give them such a smart response. They are all brainwashed individuals who believe anything fake newser Jennifer Zeng gives to them,” another added.

Because of the language issue, the only way to verify the legitimacy of the narrative touted by Zeng is to verify her own record and credibility.

As it stands, she appears to be a highly credible individual — one who’s been cited in countless reports from a wide array of legitimate outlets, including but not limited to Telangana Today, The Daily Signal, The New Zealand Herald, France 24, Fox News and Sky News.

It’s not clear why no mainstream left-wing American outlet (think CNN, The Washington Post and The New York Times) has, it would seem, ever written about her, though their demonstrable love for communist China may explain it.

What’s known is that as the mainstream left-wing American media were busy downplaying the coronavirus threat and comparing the deadly disease to the flu in late January and early February, Zeng was busy bringing much-needed attention to what was happening in China.

“A grainy video has emerged that shows body bags and hospital staff in full hazmat outfits treating patients infected with the coronavirus,” The New Zealand Herald reported on Feb. 2. “The covert footage was shot by Chinese man Fang Bin who was arrested by police for taking the video.”

Mr Bin’s journey was posted on Twitter by Chinese journalists Jennifer Zeng who has been using her platform to share videos of the outbreak. One of the other videos on Ms Zeng’s account showed police arming themselves with guns.”

Since then, Zeng has continued to shine a spotlight on China’s mostly hidden coronavirus crisis, even as the media have willfully accepted the Communist Party of China’s claims that the crisis no longer exists.

Look:

Interestingly, the same mainstream left-wing American “reporters” and “journalists” who’ve ignored Zeng’s intrepid journalism have in turn been quick to tout the dubious claim that the United States now boasts more coronavirus cases than China.

Some of these “reporters” and “journalists” even appear giddy over this unsubstantiated factoid.
