‘Frustrated’ Megyn Kelly slammed from all sides after fiery COVID-19 tweet

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly managed to anger both the right and the left after she tweeted her frustrations with the COVID-19 messaging.

“I’m so frustrated right now,” she tweeted, “that we can’t trust the media to tell us the truth without inflaming it to hurt Trump … that Trump has misled so many times we no longer know when to trust his word … that even I as a journalist am not sure where to turn for real info on COVID.”

Naturally, liberals began flinging insults at Kelly, accusing her of everything under the sun:

But if she thought that she could turn to Republicans and conservatives for shelter from the liberal bombardment, she was sorely mistaken:

This mockery came after President Trump delivered a speech in which he declared a temporary travel ban from Europe. It’s likely that Megyn’s problem was the number of clarifications that needed to be made following the announcement, as well as previous allegations from the president that the demonstrably liberal mainstream media has been hyping up the virus.

But it’s unlikely that Kelly is the only one feeling this way.

Footage from around the world shows violent fights in grocery stores over products like toilet paper as people desperately try to prepare for the potentially devastating effects of coronavirus. Fear and uncertainty are being blamed as the driving factors behind “panic buying” that has healthcare items and sanitation products flying off the shelves, and it’s certainly not because everyone knows where to turn in a time of crisis such as this.
