Fox News host Tucker Carlson fired back at federal Judge Amy Berman Jackson — an anti-Trump Obama appointee — for attacking him during a hearing on Roger Stone’s request for a new trial.
Stone is requesting a new trial amid revelations that the jury foreman is a left-wing activist whose judgment was tainted by pathological Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Rather than focus on her job — which is to dispassionately adjudicate — Judge Jackson slammed Carlson at the hearing and falsely accused him of invading the privacy of the foreman in Stone’s trial.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson: "Tucker Carlson accused the foreperson of the jury of being an anti-Trump zealot…Any attempts to invade the privacy of the jurors or to harass or intimidate them is completely antithetical to our system of justice." Per @dnlbrns

Left-wing activist Tomeka Hart (the foreman on Roger Stone’s trial) is a former Tennessee Democrat congressional candidate who has a history of anti-Trump animus.
Hart’s public Twitter account is littered with nasty posts about President Trump. She has mass-deleted many of her more-inflammatory anti-Trump tweets.
A juror who has a demonstrated bias is usually excused from jury duty because there are concerns about whether they can be impartial. However, Judge Jackson allowed Hart to run the jury despite her virulent anti-Trump prejudice.
Tucker Carlson and millions of other Americans called this out. But Judge Jackson accused Carlson of outing Tomeka Hart even though she identified herself as the foreman of the jury. She was also identified by the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, and countless other media outlets.
In contrast, Carlson didn’t even mention her by name on his show.
Here’s a chummy photo of Tomeka Hart palling around with former DNC chair Donna Brazile, who leaked debate questions to her pal Hillary Clinton. Hart’s damning anti-Trump tweets were first uncovered by author Mike Cernovich on Feb. 12.
Tucker said: “Last week on the show, we covered the sentencing of Roger Stone, who is the most undeserving of all the many casualties of the Russian collusion hysteria. Stone received more than three years in prison. He will be over 70 when he gets out.”
He continued: “Officially, his crime was ‘lying about e-mails’ — emails that were themselves entirely harmless. From the first day, Stone’s prosecution was a transparent political hit job. Washington wanted him in prison. Because for 40 years, he was Trump’s closest political adviser.”
“Amy Berman Jackson is the federal judge who oversaw the case. She was a judge appointed by Barack Obama. She is an openly partisan Democrat.
She has made no point about hiding that. Jackson allowed the foreman of the jury to lie about her political background, which in a normal court of law would’ve disqualified her immediately. But Jackson let her stay and defended her.
Then Jackson herself lied about the case. She claimed that Stone was prosecuted because he ‘covered up for the President,’ when in fact, the charges had nothing to do that.
Amy Berman Jackson is a disgrace to the judiciary. It’s frightening that in a country like ours she has power. We said that last week. Today during a hearing, Jackson attacked us. And once again, she lied as she did it.
Jackson accused the show of invading the privacy of the foreman of the jury. In fact, the juror herself has spoken publicly and revealed her own identity. Many media outlets published her name including “New York Times,” CNN and the Washington, all of which Jackson approves of because they’re on her side.
Then Jackson accused this show of harassing jurors and even encouraging violence against them. That’s insane. We did no such thing. Finally, Jackson called our criticism of her ‘antithetical to our system of justice.’
This proves that not only is Amy Berman Jackson corrupt and authoritarian, she has no sense of self-awareness whatsoever.”

Judge Jeanine Pirro joined Tucker on his show. Carlson asked Pirro: “Can you imagine a federal judge in the middle of a serious proceeding like this lashing out against a TV show? She went after the President by name. What does that say about her?”
Judge Jeanine said: “I’m stunned at her behavior! Any judge who concerns herself with the media or the press needs to get a thick skin. She should not be worried about you or anyone else. She’s got a job and she needs to stay in her lane. Everything you said about her is accurate and right on point.”
“She is a judge who should be outraged that a foreperson on a jury that convicted a man on seven counts may have lied to her, may have exhibited such jury bias that it would demand a new trial. But no, she’s mad at you. She’s mad at the President.
The juror foreperson outed herself. We know she’s an anti Trump person. She has posted many things about Donald Trump, about Russia, about Roger Stone. And she’s a partisan. She ran for Congress. This is the kind of stuff that we seek to find out in voir dire [jury selection].
This judge should be outraged not at anyone other than that juror. And the fact that she wouldn’t recuse herself when she has already prejudged the issue by saying, ‘this jury acted with integrity and intelligence’ [underscores her bias].
How do you know, Judge? Have you spoken to that juror? Do you know what was posted? What do you know about her background? Did she want to get on that jury? Shame on the judge!”
Tucker replied: “She should be impeached. She’s corrupt, out of control, and muzzled Roger Stone. Taken away his First Amendment rights. He’s not allowed on this show. She threatened to send him to prison if he defends himself. Meanwhile, he’s being attacked daily by CNN. How can that happen in this country?”
Judge Jeanine responded: “We have never heard of anything like this! We’ve never heard of a defendant who has been convicted and sentenced and then told he can’t talk. His lawyers can’t talk.”
Pirro continued: “[Judge Jackson] is a partisan. She’s the one that put Paul Manafort in solitary confinement when everybody I know in the legal community wondered, ‘Why is he in solitary confinement?’ This judge is on the wrong side of justice in this case!”
