America’s wealthy, spoiled, entitled, arguably rotten liberal celebrities experienced one of the most emotional days of their lives this Wednesday.
On one hand, President Donald Trump’s acquittal by the GOP-led Senate and his post-acquittal celebration inspired unadulterated CAPS LOCK rage and tears:
#Trump’s learned nothing from the experience of being impeached. He will continue his criminal ways & then double down, knowing he’s gotten away with it once again. He will be like Robert Mugabwe, dictator of Zimbabwe, who lasted 40 YEARS, dying at 95, with his nation in ruins.

HE PINNED THIS. YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE, DON’T YOU? IT’S NOT. HE MEANS IT. HE WILL CHANGE THE RULES AND HIS ENABLERS WILL LET HIM. IF HE WINS AGAIN, HE WILL RULE YOU UNTIL HE DIES, YOU DIE, OR BOTH. THEN…YOU’LL GET IVANKA. https://t.co/qdx1bZme80

So a widespread coverup blocked a bi-partisan(!) vote to convict @realDonaldTrump and bounce him out of the WH as he rightly deserves. BI-PARTISAN. Pure corruption. https://t.co/5mZ0XiPh6y

Today’s bogus aquittal of that man just further proves that this government system is broken & these “laws” we seek to uphold & defend are only applicable if you are not a rich white man. All today showed us is that you can lie, cheat, & con your way into power w/o consequence.
— Lauren Jauregui (@LaurenJauregui) February 6, 2020
Actually, the system is not broken, I’ve misspoken. The system is functioning EXACTLY as it was created. To protect and coddle white men in power and special interests of corporate America. Stay awake and register to vote.

But on the other hand, Sen. Mitt Romney’s decision to don the role of Benedict Arnold and vote in favor of the president’s conviction — thus officially making the president’s impeachment “bipartisan” — triggered orgasmic pangs of joy among the celebrity class.
This joy was expressed via adoring tweets like the following:
Good for Mitt Romney. https://t.co/MxgcbVNjDv
— John Legend (@johnlegend) February 5, 2020
Thank you, @MittRomney, for doing what EVERYONE KNOWS is the right thing to do—in spite of peer pressure to do the wrong thing. History will look kindly upon you for choosing to protect America.
— Mervyn Warren (@mervynwarren) February 5, 2020
This took immense courage. Thank you for your integrity, Senator. https://t.co/NUu0eXGObr
— George Takei (@GeorgeTakei) February 5, 2020
Thank you for doing what’s right, @MittRomney. History will remember you as a decent, courageous, man among cowards and fools. pic.twitter.com/YPQkDTex1p

thank u @SenatorRomney for voting to convict – one republican with honor #ConvictAndRemove
— ROSIE (@Rosie) February 5, 2020
Mitt Romney shows us all is not lost: ““My own view is that there’s not much I can think of that would be a more egregious assault on our Constitution than trying to corrupt an election to maintain power. And that’s what the president did.” https://t.co/lti4BhVcLi
— Mia Farrow (@MiaFarrow) February 5, 2020
Thank you @SenatorRomney for your political courage and for honoring your oath to the Constitution. Your colleagues will not be kindly looked upon in the history books of tomorrow.
— Josh Gad (@joshgad) February 5, 2020
Thank you @MittRomney for putting #CountryOverParty & voting your conscience. Is there any doubt the outcome would have been much different had it been a secret ballot? #CowardlyGOP #HistoryIsWatching
— Mark Hamill (@HamillHimself) February 5, 2020
In the words of Elton John, “Can you feel the love tonight?”
Keep in mind that many of these same people likely denigrated Romney as a “sexist” after the “binders full of women” pseudo-scandal of the 2012 presidential election.
This roller-coaster of emotions wasn’t limited to just Wednesday’s impeachment vote, though.
A couple of hours before the vote, far-left singer Cher went on an all CAPS LOCK rant praising House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for tearing up her copy of the president’s SOTU address and likewise condemning the president for having allegedly snubbed Pelosi during an attempted handshake before the speech started.
Look:
OMG JUST SAW ?NANCY RIP trump SPEACH INTO PIECES??IF SHE JUST KICKED HIS MAMMOTH ASS‼️NANCY COULD KICK IT…HE HAS BONE SPURS?PS .HE”USED” EVERYONE IN HIS SPEACH AS A PROP.HE♥️VETS,BUT JUST SAID 64 TROOPS “JUST HAD HEADACHES.ITS NOT LIKE LOSING A??HE SAYS HE BELIEVES
— Cher (@cher) February 5, 2020
MISUNDERSTOOD..HE SNUBBED HER.IVE BEEN ALIVE THROUGH 13 PRESIDENTS,& HES THE MOST VENGEFUL ILLITERATE,LIMP, IMITATION OF A MAN EVER.HE USES??AS HIS PERSONAL ATM.THE REASON HE DIDNT WANT TO SHAKE NANCY’S HAND IS BECAUSE HER?? ARE BIGGER THAN HIS ?. HE’S ALSO AFRAID OF HER
— Cher (@cher) February 5, 2020
To be clear, it’s not been established as fact that Trump chose to ignore her. Some believe he simply didn’t see her hand.
Dovetailing back to the vote, the whirlwind of emotions also affected radical left-wing activists, some of whom were caught on film raging like children.
Here’s one example:
Super Freaks had a sit in at the Rotunda chanting Impeachment cover-up ??#AcquittedForever

.@POTUS Forever!! ♥️???? pic.twitter.com/uteHBnkAUg— KELLY⭐️⭐️⭐️Text Trump 88022 (@currie14_kelly) February 6, 2020
That wasn’t even the worst of it.
“Anti-Trump protestors gathered outside the Capitol building Wednesday urging senators to convict President Donald Trump in the impeachment vote by screaming through a grate,” The Federalist confirmed.
“As the senators prepared to cast their votes on whether to remove the president from office, several attempted to reach the senators by screaming through an electrical conduit tunnel east of the Senate building.”
And yes, that really happened:

A small number of protesters have gathered outside the Capitol building as the Senate is preparing to vote on Trump's acquittal. They are chanting, "Convict and remove!" and some are shouting into the electrical conduit tunnels. pic.twitter.com/kUtZgViRHg

The behavior of the left — from CAPS LOCK-ranting celebrities to their screaming peers — really does give a whole new meaning to the phrase “tears of a clown.”
