A failed Democratic political candidate is under fire for body-shaming White House counselor Kellyanne Conway,
Pam Keith, an avowed feminist who recently lamented the sexist coverage of female Democratic presidential candidates, tweeted a tone-deaf remark mocking Conway on her birthday.
“Can you believe KellyAnne is 53 today? I turn 51 in Nov. And I’m not even wearing a drop of makeup,” the former Florida congressional candidate and vocal anti-Trumper tweeted, along with side-by-side photos of Conway and herself.
She reportedly blocked Twitter users who called her out on the tweet and apparently deleted the post eventually following scathing backlash.

Keith, whose Twitter feed is chock-full of anti-Trump commentary and tweets featuring an array of liberal talking heads, lost a 2016 Senate bid and went on to lose again when she ran in the Democratic primary in 2018 to represent Florida’s 18 Congressional District.
A Palm Beach Post survey of candidates for the 2018 race showed that Keith supported “Medicare-for-all,” the lifting of the federal ban on recreational marijuana and advocated for “gun policy reform that bans assault weapons and requires all gun owners to carry liability insurance.”
Keith also spreads her liberal views via blog posts with a recent offering mocking the pro-gun citizens who joined Monday’s gun-rights rally in Virginia.
“I have no doubt that the protesters wanted to show how manly and tough they were. They wanted to show that they should be feared and respected. They stood in solidarity against tyranny or something and 2nd Amendment whatever, and don’t tread on me and such and stuff…. blah, blah, blah,” she wrote.
Keith self-righteously called out misogyny in one tweet earlier this month just before taking aim at a successful woman in another.
Dear @CNN @politico @MSNBC @washingtonpost @nytimes @thehill STOP reporting on the « likeability » of female politicos. They aren’t vying for Miss Congeniality. Write about their policy, leadership characteristics, tenacity or ideas.
Sincerely,
Effing Tired of Mysoginy— Pam Keith (@PamKeithFL) January 1, 2019
Keith’s jab at Conway, a woman who successfully ran Trump’s 2-16 presidential campaign to an election victory, sparked other insulting tweets as well.
“After learning Lev Parnas is 47 years-old, I looked up Kellyanne Conway. All I can say is doing evil ages people fast!” feminist and liberal activist Amy Siskind tweeted.

Other liberals also joined in on bashing Conway, many of them posting selfies to own the Republican White House adviser.

Many others ended up cowardly deleting their attacks on Conway.
But Keith’s initial tweet continued to fire up social media users who raked her over the coals for her hypocrisy.
Gosh, I love feminists. pic.twitter.com/8yPfGgveei

This is petty.

Amazing lack of self-awareness while they just reinforce so many negative stereotypes about women. :(

Can you believe Pam Keith turned 51 in November?
I turned 41 in February. And I’ve never once felt the need to act like a vindictive adolescent girl, shaming others for their physical appearance in order to feel better about myself. pic.twitter.com/ANnd26RbeU

This is some next level mean-girl politicking.

The replies are legendary.

Your insides make you far uglier than anything else. How ‘feminist’ of you to criticize another woman’s looks because you hate her.

Find someone who loves you like Pam Keith loves herself.
Or don’t, because that’s just creepy. ? pic.twitter.com/GZzPHYTr2g

Today I learned that Pam Keith blocked me. I still haven’t learned who Pam Keith is but based on this superficial tweet, I’m proud she blocked me. pic.twitter.com/BKbbbyfWkH
