Disgraced transgender activist Jessica Yaniv may soon finally face the hand of justice.
Made famous last year when he tried but thankfully failed to force female immigrant beauticians to wax his male genitalia, Yaniv reappeared in the spotlight this week after being caught on video camera attacking an independent reporter outside a courthouse.
Video footage shared on social media by Keean Bexte of The Rebel Media shows him approaching Yaniv outside a courthouse in the Canadian city of Surrey after the transgender activist reportedly appeared for a hearing on a prohibited weapons charge.
Watch what happened below:
J. Yaniv just punched me in the back of the head. Just spoke to police. Luckily there are two security cameras directly overhead at the courthouse. I need an advil. pic.twitter.com/3hfm2CfYhq

“Will you be pleading guilty?” the reporter/journalist asks.
Yaniv responds by running toward Bexte while yelling “GO, GO!” and then appears to assault him not only in front of his camera but also reportedly in front of two security cameras.
What remains unclear is whether Yaniv will finally be held accountable. Speaking with The Post Millennial later Monday afternoon, Bexte noted that the activist has a history of evading justice.
“Police have been reluctant to charge him before, and so I’m speaking to legal counsel to figure out my options to make sure this menace sees justice,” he said.
But the evidence is so clear-cut in this case, however, that Canada’s lax, politically correct authorities may finally be forced to take action.
In an updated statement published Wednesday, Bexte confirmed that he was in touch with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and that “charges are expected to be recommended by police to crown prosecutors.”
The charges reportedly carry a sentence of up to five years.
“My footage of Yaniv’s testosterone-fuelled fit of madness went viral on social media and garnered international news coverage — probably the reason why RCMP finally seem ready to enforce the law, even if it’s too late for Yaniv’s other victims, especially the immigrant women he targeted through his infamous ball-waxing scheme.”

He warned though that justice still isn’t guaranteed because of the harmful political correctness that’s come to plague all of Canada.
“I will cooperate with the RCMP’s criminal investigation, but the problem with that is, it’s ultimately in the hands of politically-sensitive police and prosecutors. They could agree to a plea bargain; they could even drop the charges outright, in response to political or media pressure — something Yaniv is very good at generating,” he wrote.
And so to ensure that at least some degree of justice is doled out, Bexte and fellow The Rebel Media reporter David Menzies plan to also file a civil suit against the activist.
Below is footage of Yaniv attacking Menzies during an altercation last August:
Yaniv was reportedly never charged for this assault.
Canada’s politically correct society appears to suffer from the naive delusion that everyone with a mental illness is a “disenfranchised, marginalized” victim who can do no wrong.
Ergo, no matter how much evidence surfaces that Yaniv is an abusive, vile human being — one who’s been accused of sexually harassing minors and trying to share child pornography — the authorities in Canada keep doing nothing about him.
But according to Bexte, that doesn’t mean he and his colleagues can’t at least try to make a difference.
“The main point is to show Yaniv that he’s not allowed to physically assault journalists, even if he doesn’t like their questions,” his statement continued.
“Suing Yaniv is about self-respect, and it’s about deterring a serial harasser. Most of Yaniv’s victims didn’t know how to fight back — they were new immigrant women who didn’t have access to justice and possibly didn’t even know they could sue him.”
In a statement to The Gateway Pundit, he added, “I wish I wasn’t punched in the head, obviously – but if this gets this predator behind bars, I’ll take it.”
“Yaniv is a threat to kids, to immigrants, to journalists – he should be in jail for a thousand reasons, and it looks like that might finally happen. Thank god.”
The activist has no qualms about lying through his teeth.
In a highly dubious tweet posted late Wednesday evening, the transgender activist suddenly claimed that a female reporter with The Post Millennial had assaulted her on Monday — which, incidentally, was the same day that he was caught assaulting Bexte:
I’m upset. I feel dirty and disgusting. @preta_6 sexually assaulted me on Monday AT THE SURREY @BCProvCourt, and @SurreyRCMP and @BCSheriffs did NOTHING!! They are investigating that, but put this BITCH behind bars. She HURTS PEOPLE and the #LGBTQ Yes I am absolutely furious!

The accused reporter, Amy Eileen Hamm, has of course disputed this claim.
“During court recess, I entered the women’s washroom and saw JY standing in the common area. I immediately backed out of the room, fearing for my own safety and not wanting to be confined in a small room with this person,” she said in a statement.
As of Thursday afternoon, Yaniv’s tweet boasted a 6,400% ratio thanks to the voices of a growing chorus of people who simply don’t believe anything he has to say anymore:
You are the least convincing victim I have ever seen.

Is this the same Monday that you went into a very manly rage and attacked a reporter? ? #AlwaysAVictim pic.twitter.com/HzzBD0dBmF

Talk about libelous and defamitory, holy cow you know no bounds when it comes to trying to ruin peoples lives with your lies. The only one taking pics in the washrooms is you, and she already stated she saw you and bolted in fear YOU WOULD do something like this. pic.twitter.com/HCDFN9ErMz
