Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden is “not healthy” and is at risk for suffering deadly strokes. That’s the assessment of Dr. David Scheiner, the former longtime physician to Barack Obama.
Dr. Scheiner refuted a recent letter released by Biden’s campaign, where Joe’s own doctor claimed that the 77-year-old career politician is a “healthy, vigorous” man.
But Dr. Scheiner said he doesn’t completely agree. He said that while Biden is healthy for his age, he has “a lot of” health issues that could get dramatically worse over the next four years.
“He’s not a healthy guy,” Scheiner told the Washington Examiner. “He’s not in bad shape for his age, but I wouldn’t say he’s in outstanding health. Could I guarantee he won’t have issues for the next four years? He has a lot of issues that are just sort of sitting there.”
The letter from Biden’s personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, revealed that Biden has a history of aneurysms, high cholesterol, and gets treatment for an irregular heartbeat.
In 1988, Biden suffered two aneurysms — one of which almost killed him. This concerns Dr. David Scheiner, who said he’s worried about Biden’s potential for strokes. Accordingly, Scheiner said he wishes he could review an MRI or CT scan to allay his concerns.
Scheiner — who previously said Biden “looked frail” at the first Democratic primary debate — said Biden does not look vigorous or energetic. “I sort of got the feeling he wasn’t very strong,” he remarked.
Many on the “Tolerant Left” mock President Trump’s weight, but few can claim that he lacks energy or looks frail. In 2018, Trump passed a rigorous mental fitness test (that screens for memory loss or early dementia) with flying colors.

Joe Biden’s health has become an issue amid his numerous gaffes on the campaign trail. Specifically, Biden has repeatedly forgotten which city or state he was in and often seemed confused while addressing voters.
In August 2019, Biden falsely claimed that he was vice president during the February 2018 mass shooting in Parkland, Florida. For the record, the shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland took place a year after Biden left office.
Earlier this month, Biden claimed that he “spent a lot of time” with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un. In reality, Biden never met Kim because his former boss, Barack Obama, ignored Kim during his eight-year presidency.
Last week, Biden appeared to imitate a stuttering child during the sixth Democratic primary debate. The bizarre spectacle raised eyebrows.
Biden fueled more concerns over his health after he refused to commit to running for a second term if elected in November.
“No, I’m not willing to commit one way or another,” Biden said during last week’s Democratic primary debate in Los Angeles.
Biden was asked the question amid a media report claiming that he would publicly pledge to serve only one term since he would be 82-years-old after his first hypothetical term.
This means Joe would basically serve as an interim, “placeholder” president until the Democrats can groom his younger successor. Biden’s camp has since denied the report.
“If Biden is elected, he’s going to be 82-years-old in four years, and he won’t be running for reelection,” one adviser reportedly said. “This makes Biden a good transition figure.”
