Democrats are feigning outrage after Republican Congressman Louie Gohmert called the alleged Ukraine “whistleblower” by name during a televised House Judiciary Committee impeachment hearing last night.

Gohmert dropped the alleged whistleblower’s name during his opening statement, when he said Eric Ciaramella and others should be questioned as fact witnesses.

Gohmert said:  “Abuse of power [and] obstruction of Congress — the very things the majority has done in preventing us from having the witnesses that could shed light on this. We needed to hear from those witnesses — people like Sean Misko, Abigail Grace, Eric Ciaramella, Devin Archer, Joe Biden, Nellie Ohr, Alexandra Chalupa — and so many others.”

“[Democrats] don’t want fact witnesses,” Gohmert said. “Instead, let’s hear from professors who hate Donald Trump.”

Keep in mind that Gohmert did not specifically say who the alleged whistleblower was. But many leftists already know the Democratic operative’s identity because the whistleblower’s name is an open secret — and has been for months.

So Louie Gohmert saying his name (along with a group of other names) is hardly earth-shattering. Besides, there’s no law preventing him from identifying the “whistleblower,” whose anonymous complaint (based on hearsay) triggered the impeachment inquiry.

A House Republican aide told the Daily Mail that the whistleblower’s name is “the worst-kept secret in town,” adding that “we should all start putting on our big boy pants, name the guy, and tell him to back up his allegations against Trump.”

Predictably, leftists had a meltdown on Twitter. Democratic Congressman Don Beyer fumed:  “House Republicans just committed an incredible and outrageous breach. This is unacceptable and there should be consequences.”

Another chirped: “Expel Gohmer.”

One triggered leftist sniffed: “Holy Guacamole! Louie Gohmert should be expelled from Congress immediately and thrown under the jailhouse! Whoever this latest target is should sue the pants off this ol’ scoundrel.”

Another whined: “Louie Gohmert is a living, breathing cringe compilation.”

In November, Senator Rand Paul urged the media to “do their jobs” by outing the alleged whistleblower whose complaint — which was based on hearsay — triggered the sham impeachment inquiry.

There is no law preventing the media or members of Congress from identifying the Democratic “whistleblower” by name. The Left and their media minions are merely protecting him because he’s aligned politically with them.

The Democratic “whistleblower” — whom the Left had breathlessly bragged would destroy President Trump — has mysteriously disappeared amid disturbing revelations of his shady background as a friend of Adam Schiff’s aides and a protégé of Susan Rice.

Last month, BizPac Review learned the identity of the alleged “whistleblower” during a wide-ranging interview with a former Pentagon official who worked at the National Security Council. This source told BizPac Review about the whistleblower’s cozy ties to the Obama administration and to Joe Biden.

Rather than being an impartial “whistleblower,” there’s overwhelming evidence suggesting that he was groomed by Adam Schiff to file a sham complaint.

Meanwhile, the Democrats are stumbling along with their sham impeachment of President Trump.

If they fail to impeach Trump this time, they said they’ll impeach him again after he gets re-elected in 2020.

Democratic Congresswoman Karen Bass said:  “Even though we are impeaching him now, there’s still a number of court cases, there’s a ton of information that could come forward. It might not be the same articles of impeachment because the odds are we would have a ton more information.”

In other words, Bass wants to impeach President Trump again in the future for hypothetical crimes that haven’t occurred and may never occur.
