Racist libs rage over Democratic debate stage that’s all white without Kamala

The most radical members of the Democrat Party have reacted to Sen. Kamala Harris’s voluntary withdrawal from the 2020 presidential election Tuesday by basically trashing Democrat voters, including presumably the black ones, for being such racist white supremacists.

Their beef concerns the fact that, thanks to Harris’s departure, the only candidates left who boast enough credentials to earn a spot in the upcoming Dec. 19 primary debate are white: Sen. Bernie Sanders, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, former Vice President Joe Biden, and billionaire Tom Steyer.

While this fact shouldn’t matter a single bit, given as debate eligibility is based on merit, to members of the far-left, it’s a sign of the Democrat Party’s white supremacy.

So is the equally irrelevant fact that two of the remaining candidates happen to be white male billionaires. Again, in an ideal world, this shouldn’t matter.

But in the left-wing world, it does (*Language warning):

There’s a word for such this sort of attitude: RACISM.

Granted, the Democrat Party’s primary process does boast serious problems, as has been noted repeatedly by candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard. The irony is that the same far-leftists angry over Harris’s voluntary departure think that Gabbard, a practicing Hindu of Samoan descent, is either a white supremacist, a Russian asset or both …

But it’s not just members of the perpetually angry blue checkmark Twitterati who’ve taken to issuing arguably racist statements about Harris’s withdrawal — so have official members of the Democrat Party, including 2020 candidate Sen. Cory Booker.

“Today I’m a little angry we started with one of the most diverse fields in our history and it’s a damn shame now the only African-American woman in this race who’s been speaking to issues that need to be brought,” he said Tuesday evening on MSNBC.

Listen:

His attitude about her withdrawal reeks of as much racism and bigotry as the attitude of those complaining about racism and white supremacy.

Why? Because the remaining field is still highly diverse, as it includes a Jewish candidate, a gay candidate, and two women, as noted by Shadi Hamid of the Brookings Institute:

Plus, Biden, the leading candidate, is backed by a large contingent of black Americans.

“Former Vice President Joe Biden is the top pick among black voters, with a 24 point lead over his closest competitor in the 2020 Democratic primary field,” The Hill reported in October, citing data from a Hill-HarrisX poll.

According to the identity politics-rooted logic of the far-leftists upset over Harris’s withdrawal, these black voters must be racist white supremacists.

Either that or they must not exist.

“The real problem the Democrats are going to have in the next debate is that you have no black on the stage and the Democratic Party cannot have a stage where black voters do not see themselves reflected,” race hustler Al Sharpton argued Tuesday on MSNBC.

Listen:

Like other backward, race-obsessed leftists, Sharpton doesn’t see the candidates as individual people with unique strengths and weaknesses. Instead, he sees them purely as colors — and, more specifically, as the one color he hates most: white.
