A professor of EU constitutional law and self-proclaimed “citizenship expert” claims that citizenship is a “racist” concept that must be eradicated because it’s a bigoted Western idea. Dimitry Kochenov also insists that open borders are the only solution to this “inherent racism.”
“Having no borders is not really as radical as it might seem,” Kochenov told the MIT Press Reader. “Add to this citizenship’s inherent racism, its deep and chronic exclusion of women, and its upholding and reinforcing of class divisions between the haves and have-nots, and it becomes clear why citizenship is at a crossroads today.”
Actually, the reason why the concept of citizenship is at a crossroads is because mass illegal immigration is roiling the United States and Western Europe.
The catastrophe is draining the countries’ financial resources, fueling alarming spikes in crime, and causing social unrest when migrants refuse to assimilate and leech off of long-term welfare.
Kochenov continued: “The idea of citizenship goes radically against all the core ideals that our current notion of freedom, liberty and deserving are building upon…The totalitarian logic of citizenship constantly clashes with our idea of freedom.”
He added: “The question of ‘how can the world be without citizenship?’ is thus a question about how to stop distributing privilege at random, while using randomized distribution in order to impose glass ceilings and be legally allowed as well as morally safe to say, ‘she is not a citizen, she has no rights, reasons do not matter.’”
Of course, Kochenov blithely ignores that if you’re an illegal alien in the United States and in many Western European countries, you actually have MORE rights in many instances than citizens do: You get free housing, free healthcare, free education, and free legal services when you commit a felony.
What’s more, if you’re an illegal alien who claims to be transgender, you also get free makeup classes and hormone drugs.

The frightening thing about Dimitry Kochenov’s radical ideas is that he’s spreading them not only in the European Union, but across university campuses in the United States as a visiting professor at left-wing universities like NYU, Princeton, and Boston College.
Kochenov — who was born in the former Soviet Union — received his undergraduate and law degrees from Russian universities but now claims he’s a Dutch national.
He joins a growing legion of self-flagellating white leftists who’s making it their mission to eradicate borders in wealthy Western nations and promote anarchy.

Naturally, Kochenov spews most of his criticism at white-majority countries. Meanwhile, these are the countries with the strictest immigration laws. Are they also racist white supremacists?

Fortunately, for every action, there’s a reaction. Eastern European countries like Poland insist that they will not be “blackmailed” into accepting tens of thousands of refugees from the Middle East and North Africa under the EU’s draconian quota system.
Polish prime minister Beata Szydl slammed weak-willed EU leaders for allowing the slow death of European culture and its people by taking in millions of refugees that are destroying the Western nations financially, socially, and culturally.

In a defiant 2017 speech before the Polish Parliament, Szydlo urged lawmakers to protect Poland and its children from cultural suicide and the scourges of radical Islamist terrorism.
“Where are you headed, Europe?” Szydlo asked. “Rise from your knees and from your lethargy, or you will be crying over your children every day.”
