Tucker rips Beto’s failed campaign run by a ‘constellation of shallow, fragile, dumb people’

Fox News host Tucker Carlson mocked Beto O’Rourke’s failed presidential campaign, saying it was bound to implode because it was run by a “constellation of shallow, fragile, dumb people talking to themselves.”

Carlson made the remarks shortly after O’Rourke dropped out of the Democratic primary race amid a total lack of voter enthusiasm for his white guilt and constant apologizing for being a white man.

“Has there ever been a more sanctimonious candidate for anything?” Tucker asked.

Carlson recounted how the mainstream media tried so hard to brainwash Americans into embracing Beto but failed miserably because Robert Francis was totally inauthentic.

Carlson recalled: “From the moment he first graced the cover of “Vanity Fair,” it was clear that Beto O’Rourke was running for president. ‘I was born for this,’ he said.”

“He was such an amazing guy that he didn’t actually need a campaign. He just needed a camera that would show us what the rest of his life was like.”

Carlson then recalled how Beto posted Twitter and Instagram videos of himself getting his hair cut and his teeth cleaned — as if that could distract voters from the fact that his platform sucked. However, O’Rourke’s fake authenticity never caught on, and what was left was a hollow, virtue-signaling frat boy.

“Beto always pretended to hate himself, but that’s a cover for hating you. And his positions always betrayed that,” Tucker explained. “Guns? Ban them from law-abiding owners! Border security? Tear down the wall! Cops? Racist! Schools? Racist. America? Definitely racist!”

Carlson continued: “Beto O’Rourke was the unshackled id of the Democratic Party. He was what Democratic primary voters would choose if no one else was voting, if they never had to worry ever again about winning an election. For that reason, even though he never polled well, he always had a group of diehard fans like an indie rock band that wasn’t very good but was considered cool.”

President Donald Trump taunted O’Rourke by sarcastically tweeting: “Oh no, Beto just dropped out of race for President despite him saying he was ‘born for this.’ I don’t think so!”

At a campaign rally in Mississippi yesterday (Nov. 1), Trump called O’Rourke: “That poor bastard. Poor pathetic guy.”

Like fellow far-left Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, O’Rourke became the “face” of the Democrat Party in 2018, thanks to his clueless, youthful energy and faux Latino first name.

That media fawning started to wane over the summer after Beto’s unfortunate debate performances, where his garbled attempts to pander to Latino voters by speaking Spanglish made him a national laughingstock.

Beto’s enthusiasm to trample the Second Amendment by mass-confiscating guns from law-abiding gun owners also fueled uproar.

O’Rourke also has some bizarre skeletons in his closet, including a poem he wrote as a teen under the pseudonym “Psychedelic Warlord.”

In the bovine-centric poem “The Song of the Cow,” young Beto urges a cow to give him milk and “buff my balls and wax my *ss.”

Reminder: O’Rourke tried to flee the scene of his 1998 DUI arrest, according to the Houston Chronicle:

“O’Rourke was driving drunk at what a witness called “a high rate of speed” in a 75 mph zone on Interstate 10 about a mile from the New Mexico border. He lost control and hit a truck, sending his car careening across the center median into oncoming lanes.

The witness, who stopped at the scene, later told police that O’Rourke had tried to drive away from the scene.”
