Rand Paul was harassed by leftist protestors while he was out eating lunch at a California restaurant.
Video of the incident has hit social media, and it includes a woman flipping off the camera and saying, “You just ran into two people from New York, kiddo, and we’re not putting up with your Republican bulls***.”
The camera then pans over to a man who appears to be lecturing Paul.
“I’m not being rude, he’s a public official, I have a right to speak to him,” the man says at one point.
“While you and I possibly, probably, don’t have much in common politically, we are Americans,” the man says at another point right before the video cuts off.
“While having lunch with @RandPaul in California, we got verbally assaulted by these aggressive libs complaining about incivility. Check out the vid! #unhinged,” Sergio Gor, the deputy chief of staff for Paul, wrote on Twitter about the incident on Friday.

Paul also shared the video and pointed out the incivility that has taken over politics.
“The left blames incivility on @realDonaldTrump. Watch this video and decide who the rude ones are,” Paul tweeted.

Rand Paul is no stranger to being harassed. He was physically attacked by a neighbor in 2017. The incident sent him to the hospital. He was also one of the lawmakers at a Congressional baseball game when a gunman opened fire in 2017 leaving Steve Scalise seriously injured. The Kentucky senator was also accosted at the airport last year by anti-Brett Kavanaugh protesters telling him to vote against the man’s confirmation. Paul did not listen and voted in favor of Kavanaugh.
Folks have taken to social media to rightly point out the ridiculous behavior of the liberal protesters in the newest video of Paul being harassed.
Tolerance and civility…they keep demanding it but are clearly unprepared to offer it themselves.?

What lovely progressives. Who wouldn’t want them as friends?

Imagine if a Republican citizen talked like that to a Democrat member of Congress they happened to run into out in public! It would be all over the MSM/Network News – Republicans would be seen as uncivilized, these women seen as warriors for the left!

She will be hailed as a hero. This will get worse before the election and I can’t begin to imagine how bad it will be when Trump wins in a landslide. Be careful out there.

This is horrible! Even if there are differences of opinion, it’s no reason to become unhinged!!

Must not have taken their medications yet. 2020 is really going to upset them.
