House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy torched Speaker Nancy Pelosi for storming out of yet another White House meeting with President Donald Trump. McCarthy said Pelosi has repeatedly walked out on meetings during childish temper tantrums, and called her go-to stunt “unproductive.”
“I’ve been in a lot of meetings where individuals get heated with one another. I do not believe that you [should] get up and you walk away,” McCarthy told reporters. “The other Democrats did not walk away. They stayed in the room.”
McCarthy said once Pelosi stormed off, the meeting was much more productive, and the ambiance was a lot calmer.
“You know what happened when Speaker Pelosi left the room?” McCarthy said. “It seemed calmer. It seemed much more productive.”

McCarthy added that Pelosi, 79, has made it a habit during her decades in Washington to storm off when she doesn’t get her way.
“She storms out of another meeting, trying to make it unproductive,” McCarthy said. “The other Democrats stayed and had a productive meeting.”
He continued: “Unfortunately, the Speaker tries to make everything political. Her own statements weren’t productive. To storm out of a meeting — which I’ve watched time [and time again] before..is really not how a Speaker should carry herself. It’s concerning…her behavior and her actions. It’s just unbecoming.”
If politicians shirk their jobs by walking out of meetings, then taxpayers should dock their pay and get a refund. Why are we paying their salaries to not do their jobs? Remember: These lawmakers work for us.
Pelosi stormed out of a meeting with President Trump because he allegedly called her a “third-grade politician” amid her lame impeachment inquiry.

Last week, Trump called Pelosi on her bluff and dared her to take a vote on impeachment in the House of Representatives.
This week, Nancy blinked and refused to call a vote.
Kevin McCarthy said Pelosi is afraid to take the vote because she knows Trump “did nothing wrong,” and she’s terrified that the lame strategy will blow up in her face.
“You have a better chance of getting a fair justice system in [communist] China than you do in Speaker Pelosi’s movement here inside the House,” McCarthy told Fox News. “They have a known liar, Adam ‘”Shifty” [Schiff] [chairing the House Intelligence Committee].”
The House GOP plans to pass a resolution to censure Schiff for his “parody” reading of Trump’s July phone call with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky. So far, 135 lawmakers have signed on as co-sponsors.
“Let’s see where people stand inside America,” McCarthy said. “The House should treat the impeachment process like they’ve treated every other process.”
Meanwhile, the Democrat “whistleblower” that Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi are propping up in their impeachment attacks could be subject to felony false statement charges for not disclosing that he had contacted Schiff before filing his complaint.
Because the whistleblower never disclosed his contacts with Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee (of which Schiff is chairman), the intelligence committee inspector general testified that he “had no knowledge of” the improper contacts. So he never looked into it.
