President Trump slammed Nancy Pelosi at a Louisiana campaign rally, accusing the House Speaker of “hating” the United States because she has allowed an impeachment inquiry against him.
Trump targeted “nervous Nancy” at the Lake Charles rally Friday night, calling the California Democrat out for giving the green light to an impeachment inquiry after a so-called “whistleblower” complaint accused him of pressuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

“Nervous Nancy, I used to think she loved the country,” Trump told the crowd which began to boo at the sound of Pelosi’s name.
“She hates the country,” he continued. “Because she wouldn’t be doing this to the country if she didn’t. She hates the country. Nancy Pelosi hates the United States of America. Because she wouldn’t be doing this.”
“I’m telling you, foreign people looking at us — they honestly think we’re nuts,” Trump added.
He told the packed arena that Pelosi was “angry as hell” when he released a copy of the transcript of the July 25 call with Zelensky, saying she was “stuck” after she read it.
“She said, ‘Wait a minute, that’s not what I was told,’” Trump said. “But she was stuck.”
The president also blasted the “rage-filled Democrat Party that has gone completely insane,” calling them “scammers and con artists” and accusing them of waging a “nonstop battle to overturn your vote.”
“The Democrats are fighting to restore the wretched political class that – through opening our nation’s borders – chipped away our jobs, sacrificed our wealth, surrendered our sovereignty, flooded our cities with drugs and crime, and bogged us down in one foreign war after another. The endless wars have to stop,” he said.
“We are directly taking on the unholy alliance of corrupt Democrat politicians, deep state bureaucrats, and the fake news media.
“The radical Democrats’ policies are crazy. Their politicians are corrupt. Their candidates are terrible and they know they can’t win an election so they’re pursuing an illegal, invalid and unconstitutional bulls*** impeachment,” he said as the crowd roared.
Trump spoke at the Louisiana rally just one day after tens of thousands turned out to see him in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he slammed House Democrats and their impeachment inquiry. He also targeted former Vice President Joe Biden, saying he “understood how to kiss Barack Obama’s a**.”

The “whistleblower” whose complaint against Trump sparked the current impeachment frenzy was outed this week as a registered Democrat, and someone who worked with Biden in the Obama administration.
Pelosi fired back at Trump after Thursday’s remarks, calling him a “potty-mouth.”
“One thing, I do want to say is that, POTUS – you know, that’s the President – POTUS has become a potty-mouth and children are listening,” she said during a conference call to Democratic lawmakers. “This is – this is beyond disgraceful. But, for him to say the thing that he said about Joe Biden last night was so far beyond the pale.”
Pelosi has not publicly made a comment yet about Trump’s remarks on her hating the United States.
