“Woke” anti-Trump hip hop industry executive Russell Simmons has suggested that while he’s vehemently against President Donald Trump’s allegedly “ignorant” pro-America policies, he’s OK with China enslaving, torturing and killing Muslims.
Not to mention treating its own citizens like cattle.
He expressed this suggestion while ranting and raving on Instagram this Friday about the ongoing brouhaha over the NBA’s capitulation to China’s communist government.
The lengthy Instagram post begins with a screenshot of the following tweet:
Demonizing those who think differently from us is a cause for our own suffering Meditate listen form your own opinions but remember to practice tolerance ?❤️

Attached to the screenshot on Instagram is a stunningly long, grammatically incorrect paragraph praising China for boasting a quality “system of government” and blasting activists in the United States for trying to stop the communist government’s sick abuses.
“Let me first state for the record that i am in biz and have offices in 12 East Asian countries including China …my main office is in Singapore ,the cleanest richest and most crime free place i have ever seen,” the caption begins.
Just to be clear, Singapore is a sovereign island nation separate from China.
“The government makes the rules and the people benefit tremendously from the success of ‘ Singapore inc ‘ it seems that quality of life is what most people want, so like China, their system of government is bent on creating happy healthy people with health care , education and economic opportunity I have traveled throughout mainland China spoke to many many people including the rappers the executives the basket ball players and of course the average citizens What i have learned is that the people of mainland China are proud and happy ❤️.”
Hopefully, they’re also more educated than Simmons, who writes with the same level of skill as NBA star LeBron James — not to mention 1st graders.
As for the hip hop mogul’s claims, they were just plain false.
“Since 2012 the U.N. has sponsored a World Happiness Report, for which residents of about 150 countries are asked how satisfied they are with their lives. China ranked 86th in the latest report, below Russia and even war-torn Libya,” The Economist noted in a report this past February.
And then there’s the fact that China is currently imprisoning, torturing, and sometimes even reportedly killing those of its citizens who are ethnic and religious minorities, including Muslims.

It’s not clear whether Simmons is simply unaware of this abuse or if he just doesn’t care.
He then pivoted his attention specifically to the NBA, which – along with other far-left corporations – has been kowtowing to the demands of China’s oppressive government.
In what could perhaps be the longest run-on sentence that’s ever been crafted, the millionaire mogul argued Americans need to stop dictating China’s actions and start “building bridges” because the Chinese people “are proud and happy.”
“Today the game between the nets and the lakers was threatened because Some Americans want to insert their ideologies on China instead of building bridges Sports entertainment and celebrities of all kind can help to build a cultural bridge while politicians can seek to fix the economic problems that exist between these 2 great nations but make no mistake humanity has to be in the bridge-building biz FORCING OUR POLITICAL IDEOLOGIES ON THE 1.4 BILLION PEOPLE OF CHINA WHO ARE PROUD AND HAPPY WILL NOT SERVE US OR THE GREATER COLLECTIVE Question….,” he wrote.
He concluded his rant by complaining about America’s alleged abuses, praising disgraced former NFL star Colin Kaepernick (whose name he misspelled) and demanding that America “mind our bizness.”

The statement is stunning given not only its incoherence but also its hypocrisy.
When the president instituted his travel ban two years ago on nations linked to high levels of Islamic terrorism, Simmons was quick to falsely label it a “Muslim ban” and slam the president for his alleged “Islamophobia.”
Yet two years later, he’s now openly supporting a communist nation that isn’t just enslaving ethnic and religious minorities but also allegedly harvesting their body parts.
“The China Tribunal, a group that’s investigating the organ harvesting, said at a tense meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council that the Chinese government was taking hearts, kidneys, lungs, and skin from groups including Uighur Muslims and members of the Falun Gong religious group,” Business Insider reported just last month.
“Addressing UN representatives, a lawyer for the China Tribunal, Hamid Sabi, said the group had proof of the organ harvesting.”

But apparently, all of this is OK with “woke” anti-Trump activist Russell Simmons, which sadly isn’t even remotely surprising given what’s known about the “woke” community.
