AOC inexplicably accuses Trump of being mad at Adam Schiff because he’s Jewish

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes Donald Trump’s recent calls for Adam Schiff to resign from office stem from antisemitism.

“Understand that Trump is engaged in deliberate, atrocious, targeted antisemitism towards Chairman Schiff,” the New York congresswoman tweeted on Saturday morning. “Then ask yourself why no one cares to denounce it — esp when his accusation of it towards others drove full news cycles earlier this year.”

“It’s wrong. It’s harmful. And his bigotry is reflective of the white supremacist base he relies on for political gain,” she added.

Like many things AOC says, this latest accusation is based on zero fact and it is given without context.

Trump has explained his problem with Schiff each and every time he criticizes the California congressman. His biggest issue is that Schiff presented false dialogue during a recent House hearing from Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president. Schiff later defended this presentation of false facts as “parody,” but Trump was not the only person to see this defense as political hogwash.

The president has also called out Schiff for some very questionable connections to the whistleblower at the center of the Ukraine phone call controversy:

What makes AOC’s latest Trump criticism even more egregious is that her tweets ignore the fact that she herself has faced accusations of being antisemitic, along with other members of the Democratic “squad,” such as Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar.

Tlaib, who often posts race hoax stories and then rarely follows them up with corrections, regularly criticizes Israel, supports the BDS movement, and has been connected to pro-terrorist groups.

Omar has also criticized Israel and defended profoundly disturbing things happening in Palestine.

AOC herself was accused of antisemitism when she compared detention facilities for illegal immigrants in the United States to “concentration camps.”

AOC accusing the president of antisemitism over his Schiff remarks is about as ridiculous as Schiff literally making up dialogue for the Ukraine phone call and presenting it during a House hearing. This is the modern-day, out-of-control Democrat Party.
