Conservative actress Stacey Dash was cleared of domestic violence charges.

The “Clueless” star and former Fox News contributor, was arrested in Florida earlier this week on domestic battery charges, but prosecutors have dropped the case.

Police were called after Dash reportedly had a violent altercation with her new husband, Jeffrey Marty, in New Port Richey, Fla.

Bodycam of the footage showed Dash complying with officers at the time.

Dash tells the officer that she was an actress before saying, “I can’t get a break. I was in politics for a while,” she added. “I was a Fox News contributor.”

“That’s pretty cool,” the officer said.

Leftists were merciless with their attacks against Dash after the footage was released. Not for the domestic spat, but because she supports President Trump and worked for Fox News.

Prosecutors told TMZ they dropped the case because a scratch on an arm is not enough to proceed with the case and there was no way to tell if Dash had caused it. Prosecutors also believe that any physical altercation with Dash was “incidental,” according to TMZ.

So, Dash was subjected to public ridicule and humiliation for a scratch.

The 52-year-old actress may have had a part in the charges being dropped as she fought hard against them.

Dash came back swinging after her saying her husband had conned police and faked injuries. Dash alleged that her husband coached his three children to come up with a story to have her arrested.

As BizPac Review reported:

Dash told the 911 dispatcher that Marty coached his 15, 14 and 10-year-old kids on what to tell the police. She also told accused her husband of faking his injuries, claiming he was taking photos of scratches on his arms that she didn’t inflict, TMZ reported.

The 52-year-old actress called Marty’s kids from another marriage “awful children,” telling the dispatcher that they call her “bitch.”

Dash can be heard saying that she had “red marks” on her neck in a recording of a 911 call.

Dash’s marriage to attorney husband Marty is her fourth, and the couple reportedly held a “secret” wedding 10 days after they met, according to Page Six.  Dash made a brief run for Congress in Califorina where she lives before marrying Marty, who lives in Florida.

Dash abruptly ended her congressional run citing a heated political climate.

“I believe the overall bitterness surrounding our political process, participating in the rigors of campaigning, and holding elected office would be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of my family.” Dash included in a statement in March 2018.

Neither Dash nor her husband will be prosecuted, according to TMZ.

The conservative actress hasn’t made a recent television appearance but did pen a book, “There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative.”

There’s no telling what’s in store for Dash’s next life chapter. Unfortunately, a divorce might be imminent.
