Trump puts Dems in hot seat with impeachment-condemning flashback video

As the presidential campaign season ramps up to full-gear, so does the Democrat Party’s attacks against President Trump.

Never being one to take an attack lying down, Trump has been on the counter-warpath, punching back at Democrats and their media minions every step of the way.

One of the President’s most effective recent messages highlighted rank hypocrisy by Democrats with a video showing top Dems condemning the act of impeachment.

“’DEMOCRATS WANT TO STEAL THE ELECTION!’ #KAG2020” Trump tweeted on Wednesday.

In the video, Democrats are accused of putting politics above the good of the country by seeking impeachment.

“Democrats know impeachment hurts the country. They don’t care,” a message from the Trump camp blared.

The clip proceeds to show one top Dem after another — all currently seeking Trump’s impeachment — blasting the act when a Democrat was in office.

Former Sen. Joe Biden was the first to appear saying that it’s unethical to use impeachment as a tool to “overturn an election on partisan grounds.”

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Dem Rep. Jerry Nadler also made unwanted cameos during the powerful clip.

“The effect of impeachment is to overturn the popular will of the voters,” Nadler once said. It’s worth it to note, that Nadler has been one of the most relentless in pursuit of impeachment. Apparently, he’s had a big change of heart.

“Their hatred of the president exceeds their caring about this country and its people,” Schumer’s part in the clip declared.

And while the same arguments Dems used can definitely be made today about the march to impeach President Trump, the current push is anything but ordinary.

President Trump is a self-declared outsider who was swept into the Oval Office by an electorate sick-to-death of the corrupt status quo. Trump was sent to Washington to “drain the swamp” and shake things up, and he certainly has.

The latest move to impeach Trump has reached a fevered pitch as the allegations made by Dems seem to be swinging back and hitting them in the face.

While a firestorm continues to swirl around the impeachment controversy, far-left Democrat presidential candidates are rising to the top, while so-called moderates like Biden and Tulsi Gabbard flounder or are ignored by the media.

Trump’s video also serves to remind just what and who he is up against. If the Dems who proudly preached that impeachment was abhorrently wrong then, are jumping through hoops to make it happen now … what won’t they say or do?

The video tweet received nearly 100,000 “likes” and drew a huge response from Twitter users:

Of course, much of the responses were negative with one anti-Trumper accusing the president of “projecting”:

The same argument could be made of Democrat’s Ukraine “witch hunt.” Dems accused Trump of trying to strong-arm Ukraine President Zelensky into digging up dirt on Joe Biden. As the weeds part, it’s looking more like Joe Biden was the one who did the strong-arming when he was vice president.
