“Clueless” star and former Fox News contributor Stacey Dash has been arrested for and charged with domestic battery.
Dash was reportedly charged after an altercation with a man in New Port Richey, Florida. Some believe the man to be Dash’s husband, Jeffrey Marty, but this has yet to be confirmed.
The altercation took place at an apartment and Dash allegedly slapped and punched the man in the face after a verbal altercation, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
“The victim sustained red scratch marks to his left upper arm from being pushed,” WFTS reported.
TMZ reported that Dash is being held on $500 bail.
Body cam footage obtained by WFLA showed Dash complying with police officers when they were arresting her.
“I’m an actress … I did a film called ‘Clueless,'” she said when asked what she did for work. She then mentioned that she is currently taking a break from acting.
She also briefly mentioned her time at Fox News.
“I did politics for a while. I was a Fox News contributor,” she said.

Dash, 52, is known as one of Hollywood’s few outspoken conservatives. She contributed to Fox News until 2017 and wrote about her politics and life in the 2016 book “There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative.”
Besides “Clueless,” she also starred in that film’s spinoff television show and was featured in movies like “Sharknado 4: The Fourth Awakens,” “Mo’ Money” and “The Thinning.” She will also reportedly appear in the upcoming “Roe v. Wade,” a film diving into the landmark abortion decision by the Supreme Court.
Dash was also briefly running for Congress.
Fellow conservative actor Adam Baldwin (“Full Metal Jacket,” “Serenity”) appeared to stand up for Dash while leftists piled on the actress on social media.

Those who lack a moral compass on social media celebrated Dash’s arrest. Some even tried to drag President Donald Trump into the morass since Dash is an outspoken supporter of the president.
