Conservative radio host and author Mark Levin went off on the whistleblower complaint against President Trump and slammed “rogue CIA agents.”
“A CIA agent who is a policy guy for Ukraine can’t write something like this,” Levin said on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity” on Thursday.
Levin said the complaint is being taken way too seriously, especially since the whistleblower doesn’t have firsthand knowledge about the infamous phone call between Trump and Ukraine President Zelensky.
“I want to know who this [person] spoke to,” he said. “He knew nothing! Isn’t it funny — not a single one of the people with firsthand knowledge filed a whistleblower complaint?”
The whistleblower is reportedly a CIA agent who was working at the White House. While their identity remains a mystery, certain details have emerged revealing deep ties with top Democrats and possible connections with George Soros.
Levin then turned his ire toward “devious” Dem. Rep. Adam Schiff and urged do-nothing Republicans to do something about the Dems’ latest witch hunt against Trump.

“Mr. Schiff, why don’t you release 90 days of your phone calls, 90 days of your texts?” Levin said.
“Where the hell are the Republican chairmen in the Senate? Why aren’t they issuing subpoenas? Issue your 100 subpoenas, go after their bank accounts, go after their friends,” he continued, challenging Republican leaders to fight back, and give Dems a taste of their own bitter medicine.
“If they don’t go for it, hold them in contempt,” he said.
Levin singled out Democrats who had reportedly asked for investigations into possible Russian election meddling to remain active in the hopes something would come up to nail Trump.
Sens Patrick Leahy, Dick Durbin and Robert Menedez pushed the Ukrainian government to keep probes into possible Russian collusion open, according to a little-known CNN report in May.
Trump brought up the report during a press conference on Wednesday and called out Dems for their dishonesty and rank hypocrisy.
“Democrats who went to Ukraine and attempted to force the new president to do things that they wanted under the form of political threat,” Trump said. “They threatened him if he didn’t do things. Now that’s what they’re accusing me of, but I didn’t do it.
“Senator Chris Murphy literally threatened the president of Ukraine that if he doesn’t do things right, they won’t have Democrat support in Congress,” Trump added. “The Democrats have done what they’re accusing me of doing.”
Part of the letter sent to Ukraine’s general prosecutor Yuriy Lutsenko can be viewed below (emphasis added):
In four short years, Ukraine has made significant progress in building these institutions despite ongoing military, economic and political pressure from Moscow. We have supported that capacity-building process and are disappointed that some in Kyiv appear to have cast aside these principles in order to avoid the ire of President Trump. If these reports are true, we strongly encourage you to reverse course and halt any effort to impede cooperation with this important investigation.
Your office effectively froze investigations into four open cases in Ukraine in April, thereby eliminating scope for cooperation with the Mueller probe into related issues.
Will the Trump admin turn the tables on Dems? Levin certainly hopes so.
“You have another one, Chris Murphy from Connecticut, who insisted the Ukrainian government not investigate Biden,” Levin told Hannity.
“How come they’re not facing ethics complaints?” he then demanded.
In addition, a former CIA agent has weighed in on the case, calling the whistleblower complaint beyond fishy.
