Antifa taunt cops over rise in suicide, tell them to shoot themselves

During violent far-left protests on Saturday afternoon in Portland, Oregon, members of the left-wing-media-promoted group Antifa were seen taunting local police officers with racial epithets and calls for them to commit suicide.

In the video clip below, two Antifa members mocked officers over the nationwide rise in cop suicides and urged them to jump in on the bandwagon by offing themselves:

Last year, more cops died by suicide than in the line of duty!” one activist yelled. “It’s because you all know your job is morally inept and ethically bankrupt. You know you’re a parasite, so shoot yourselves! Suicide is the only way out!

Meanwhile, the other Antifa member mocked the officers over their allegedly low IQ.

You’re perpetuating a system of white supremacy as a white or as a non-white … Now, don’t be upset that they won’t hire smart people. Don’t be upset. It’s the process of the system of white supremacists to use the low IQ to fight their ways,” he said.

These remarks were made amid a disturbing rise in nationwide cop suicides. According to data by Blue H.E.L.P., a nonprofit organization that advocates for mental health services for law enforcement, cop suicides this year are already up 24 percent over last year.

Just last week yet another officer — one in New York City — killed himself after 25 years of service:

Some have blamed these suicides on the Ferguson Effect i.e. cops being demonized, thrown under the bus and sometimes having their lives ruined because of left-wing anti-cop activism.

“Not only do they have to worry about losing their lives or getting injured while in the line of duty, but they have to worry if they’re going to lose their job, or get sued,” retired police officer and forensic criminologist Dr. Ron Martinelli pointed out in an interview earlier this year.

Dovetailing back to the protests in Portland, watch as another group of left-wing activists disparaged local black police officers with racial epithets such as “c**n” and “Uncle Tom.”

As of Sunday morning, not a single mainstream media outlet in the entire nation was reporting on Antifa’s disgusting behavior during the protests. Instead they were falsely portraying the group as “anti-fascists” and seemingly defending the “anti-fascists” from criticism by President Donald Trump.

“Major consideration is being given to naming ANTIFA an ‘ORGANIZATION OF TERROR,'” the president tweeted hours before the protests began on Saturday. “Portland is being watched very closely. Hopefully the Mayor will be able to properly do his job!”

The Los Angeles Times pounced on this tweet, writing, “On Saturday, Trump said nothing about the far-right demonstrators in Portland — only about those protesting their appearance.”

The underlying insinuation was that the president was criticizing the alleged good guys but saying nothing about the alleged bad guys — but this narrative appears to be backwards.

The protests in Portland on Saturday were inspired by a rally held that same morning by the Proud Boys, a pro-free-speech, pro-liberty fraternity comprised of a bevy of minorities such as de facto leader Enrique Tarrio, who was raised in a Cuban family in Miami’s Little Havana.

The official rally occurred between 11 am and 12 pm and was dubbed the “End Domestic Terrorism” rally. It’s not clear how rallying against domestic terrorism makes one a bad guy. It’s also not clear how Tarrio is a “white supremacist,” as he’s been labeled by the media.

What’s known is that members of Antifa showed up in droves to protest the “End Domestic Terrorism” rally. Moreover, they stayed in the area long after the formal rally concluded.

“While the Proud Boys rally to ‘End Domestic Terrorism’ at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park came and went within a short amount of time, members of Antifa continued to stay out in the streets of ‘Rose City,'” the Washington Examiner reported.

Except instead of acting peacefully like their “right-wing” counterparts had, they “marched around and engaged in small confrontations with individuals who were perceived or proclaimed to be against Antifa,” “advocated for fights,” harassed local police officers and even attacked several buses reportedly loaded with rally-goers, as seen below:

But again, as of Sunday morning, none of the major players in the mainstream media were reporting these skirmishes. Instead, they were continuing to portray the members of Antifa as the good guys and the members of the Proud Boys as the bad guys.

Not surprisingly, this fiction perfectly parallels the narrative being offered by Jon Cooper, the chairmen of the so-called Democratic Coalition:
