“The Five” co-host Jesse Watters said the apparent suicide of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein while he was in federal custody is another example of epic “government incompetence.”
What’s more, Watters said Epstein’s alleged suicide when he was supposed to be under suicide watch (but wasn’t) spotlights once again how idiotic the Left is for pushing for more Big Government control.
“What this is about, it is about government incompetence at the highest level,” Watters said. “This is the most high-profile, one of the richest, most relevant, politically-connected individuals that you have in federal lockup right now.”
Watters continued: “He has potential connections to some of the most distinguished and politically successful people in the world. We’re talking kings and princes and presidents. And they have one job: to keep him safe and monitor him. And it’s a complete and utter failure!”

Jesse Watters said the gross mishandling of the Epstein case just proves his point that the Left is crazy for constantly pushing for more Big Government control over all our lives.
“So many things went wrong [in Epstein’s case],” Watters said. “Yet the Left wants to put the government in charge of the entire U.S. economy. They want to put the government in charge of everyone’s health care. And they can’t even watch one guy!”

Yesterday, New York City’s chief medical examiner ruled that Epstein had committed suicide by hanging himself in his jail cell.
As BizPac Review reported, three of Epstein’s attorneys immediately challenged the autopsy, pointing to disturbing revelations that Epstein had several broken bones in his neck. Experts said those broken bones are more consistent with a homicidal strangulation than a self-inflicted injury.
Moreover, the curious timing of Epstein’s shocking “suicide” has spawned widespread conspiracy theories that he was either murdered or allowed to commit suicide at the behest of powerful individuals whose lives would be destroyed if Epstein had testified about their involvement in his child sex-trafficking ring.
Predictably, the mainstream media have been trying to connect Jeffrey Epstein to President Donald Trump, even though Trump cut off ties with him 15 years ago.
Epstein was a longtime pal of former president Bill Clinton and a Democratic mega-donor who contributed hefty sums of money to Democrats, including Senator Chuck Schumer. According to FEC filings, Schumer accepted tens of thousands of dollars in donations from Epstein during the 1990s.

Like Hillary and Bill Clinton, Schumer also accepted hefty donations from another left-wing sexual predator: Harvey Weinstein, a Democratic mega-donor.
Schumer recently slammed President Trump for having called Epstein a “terrific guy” in a 2002 New York magazine article. However, court filings show that Trump banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago in 2011 “because Epstein sexually assaulted a girl at the club.” Naturally, Schumer ignored this fact.
Also, unlike Schumer, Jeffrey Epstein never donated to Trump’s campaign when he entered politics in 2015. So far, Schumer has not offered to return any of the dirty money he gleefully panhandled from Epstein.
