A suspected Clinton-linked mole within the federal investigative office that performed most of the probe into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s illicit email habits now reportedly works in President Donald Trump’s administration in some sort of intelligence-related capacity.
Moreover, this suspected Clinton-linked mole’s Facebook page was reportedly littered with anti-Republican, anti-Trump memes and content as recently as this past Thursday.
A report published this week by the GOP-led Senate revealed that when Senate investigators spoke with Intelligence Community Inspector General investigator Frank Rucker in 2018, he told them that the ICIG office had long suspected that fellow colleague Paul Wogaman had leaked to the press during the investigation into Clinton’s activities.
This is troubling for two primary reasons. One, Wogaman currently works within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. And two, he happens to be the son of the Clintons’ pastor, Rev. J. Philip Wogaman of Foundry United Methodist Church.
Included in the report published Wednesday (seen below) is a 1998 article from The Wall Street Journal describing the pastor as a veritable “purveyor of the Clinton line.”
“BILL AND HILLARY CLINTON have found themselves an awfully sympathetic minister — the Rev. J. Philip Wogaman, who presides at a Methodist church a few blocks from the White House,” the piece reads.
“Wogaman has recently sounded less like a clergyman than a purveyor of the Clinton line. Shortly after the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, he was complaining to the New York Daily News of a ‘concerted effort to bring [the president] down’ and accusing Kenneth Starr of ‘personal interest and bias.’ Wogaman hoped that ‘the American people’ would not ‘succumb to hysteria.'”
Instead of being a representative of Christian truth, he sounded more like a representative of Clinton-concocted fiction. Is it possible his son chose a similar path in life?
Now fast-forward to 2016, when, right during the height of the Clinton investigation, Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall wrote an email to her top aide, Cheryl Mills, about “our favorite son” meeting with federal investigators for reasons that remain unknown.
“Just talked to [redacted] — about our favorite son,” the email reads. “He’s meeting with OSC today, which is good and a step in the right direction, but nothing yet public. [Redacted] said she’d heard — but second/third hand (and not from son) that IC IG was handing out anti-HRC clips to journalists. Have we gotten any inkling of that happening? I certainly haven’t, and it seems weird.”
The email was sent on Feb. 9, 2016 — and according to Rucker, the very next day something very odd occurred.
“He said that Paul Wogerman [sic] … was the only male employee on leave the following day when a meeting with [redacted] was supposed to take place according to the email. Therefore, he said, it was believed that Mr. Wogerman [sic] was leaking to [redacted],” the report reads.
But according to Rucker, the official ICIG, Charles McCullough, ultimately chose to not confront Wogeman about the discrepancy.
“He said that Mr. McCullough made a decision not to confront Mr. Wogerman. [sic] Mr. Rucker said that he does not believe that ICIG ever did an official assessment on whether Mr. Wogerman [sic] leaked classified information. He said that Mr. Wogerman [sic] pushed very hard to be included on the investigation, but he was NOT part of it,” the Senate report reads.
The Daily Caller confirmed that Wogaman’s Facebook page was “peppered with apparent anti-Republican comments.”
“His profile photo is a picture mocking ‘thoughts and prayers’ as an alternative to ‘do something,’ a popular liberal meme about gun control. He makes a reference to ‘bone spurs,’ a common jab at President Donald Trump,” the outlet reported Thursday.
As of Saturday, it appeared his profile page had been scrubbed clean, while his profile picture had been replaced with a photo of a rat in a tire …
In his interview with Senate investigators, Ruckus also revealed something else troubling. He claimed that he and several of his colleagues were tailed by unknown people and that the ICIG’s recycling bin was rummaged through.
“Mr. Rucker said that a few odd things were happening that were also discussed,” the report reads. “He said that a Jeep once followed the ICIG (McCullough} from the State Department to the door of house. Mr. Rucker said that he himself had a Jeep following him at odd hours.”
Meanwhile, another colleague experienced “a burglary at his home and all of his computers were stolen,” and McCullough “discovered that someone was sorting through his recycling bin at home and leaving separate stacks of items outside of the bin as if they were looking for papers.”
These allegations are consistent with other allegations that have been made in the past about former Secretary of State Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton. As a result, some have theorized that the Clintons’ operatives had been looking for dirt on the ICIG:

Critics have also taken issue with the ICIG and the DNI for having hired Wogaman:

The Senate report also revealed that McCullough was eventually pushed out of the ICIG office due to pressure from congressional Democrats, including longtime Clinton ally Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
