On Friday, a federal appeals court released what has been described as the “first batch of thousands of pages of sealed records” linked to a defamation suit filed against convicted billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s “madam,” Ghislaine Maxwell.
Contained within the nearly 2,000 pages of documents are allegations from Epstein’s alleged “sex slave,” Virginia Roberts Giuffre, regarding the powerful men whom she’d been forced to have sex with, along with the powerful men whom she’d sometimes seen in Epstein’s presence.
Included among the latter set of men is former President Bill Clinton.

One set of pages specifically contain a deposition from Giuffre. Within the deposition, she describes being flown “to the Caribbean” when she was 17 and then tagging along as Maxwell took “a huge black helicopter” to pick up Clinton.
“Epstein did invite two young brunettes to a dinner which he gave on his Caribbean island for Mr. Clinton shortly after he left office,” it reads. “I’d have been about 17 at the time. I flew to the Caribbean with Jeffrey and then Ghislaine Maxwell went to pick up Bill in a huge black helicopter that Jeffrey had bought her.”
“I remember she was very excited because she got her license around the first year we met. I used to get frightened flying with her but Bill had the secret service with him and I remember him talking about what a good job she did. I don’t remember seeing Bill again on the trip but I assume Ghislaine flew him back.”
The deposition may be seen below. The particular part in question can be seen on page 40:
What’s most notable about the deposition is that it shows Clinton to be a liar.
“While the details of the alleged helicopter trip were, thus, unclear, Giuffre’s other statements in the deposition, if true, confirm Bill Clinton was on Jeffrey Epstein’s island while underage girls were present,” ABC News chief legal affairs anchor Dan Abrams’ Law & Crime notes.
“This runs contradictory to Clinton’s claims that he has never been to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.”
Known to locals as “Pedophile Island” and “Orgy Island,” Little Saint James is a private island in the Caribbean where Epstein — its owner — allegedly abused underage girls.
Yet in a statement released last month — only a day after Epstein was arrested and charged with sex trafficking underage girls — Clinton claimed to have never been on the island.
“President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,” the statement read. “In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took a total of four trips on Jeffrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Clinton Foundation.”
“Staff, supporters of the foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on every leg of every trip. He had one meeting with Epstein in his Harlem office in 2002, and around the same time made one brief visit to Epstein’s New York apartment with a staff member and his security detail. He’s not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade, and he has never been to Little St. James Island, Epstein’s ranch in New Mexico, or his residence in Florida.”

Not only does it appear Clinton lied about visiting “Orgy Island,” but it seems like he also lied about his Secret Service detail. Fox reported in 2016 that, according to flight records, during at least five of the 26 flights that Clinton made aboard the “Lolita Express,” as Epstein’s private jet has been dubbed, he ditched his Secret Service detail:
“[O]n a five-leg Asia trip between May 22 and May 25, 2002, not a single Secret Service agent is listed. The U.S. Secret Service has declined to answer multiple Freedom of Information Act requests. … Clinton would have been required to file a form to dismiss the agent detail.”
Fox also confirmed that underage girls may have been present on those flights.
“[T]rips between 2001 and 2003 included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including ‘Tatiana.’ The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.”
In fairness to Clinton, the documents released Friday reportedly do not contain any accusations that he ever had sex with Giuffre or any other sex slave. The same may not be said of former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a Democrat, and former Sen. George Mitchell, also a Democrat.
“Jeffrey Epstein and a friend sent an underage girl to have sex with former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, former U.S. Senator George Mitchell and asset manager Glenn Dubin, she testified in court documents that were made public for the first time Friday,” Bloomberg has confirmed.
Both men have denied the allegations.
“I have never met, spoken with or had any contact with Ms. Giuffre,” Mitchell said in a statement to the Press Herald. “In my contacts with Mr. Epstein I never observed or suspected any inappropriate conduct with underage girls. I only learned of his actions when they were reported in the media related to his prosecution in Florida. We have had no further contact.”
Richard released a similar statement:
Richardson’s Spokesperson Statement: “These allegations and inferences are completely false. Governor Richardson has never even been contacted by any party regarding this lawsuit.”
