An online exchange on Friday between Donald Trump Jr. and the guy best known for his long-ago, failed marriage to Roseanne Barr clearly exposed a malevolent ill will on the part of Tom Arnold, even while Don Jr. revealed that his family has to deal with “daily death threats.”
The third-rate actor is one of the Hollyweird personalities who regularly takes aim at the President and his family, but his latest follow-on tweet was a clear death threat in its own right and will most assuredly get him a personal interview with the Secret Service.
Arnold got the ball rolling with a tweet in response to President Trump’s comments about Rep. Elijah Cummings’ house being robbed. He wrote, “Don Jr’s NYC apartment has not been robbed yet! Eric Trump’s either! Really bad news!!”
Here’s @TomArnold seemingly calling for a violent crime to be committed against @DonaldJTrumpJr and @EricTrump.
Luckily for Tom Arnold, he didn’t do something really bad like tweet “learn to code” at a journalist, or else @jack & @TwitterSupport would have already banned him.? pic.twitter.com/7MjHFlRUnw

Don Jr.’s response to Arnold’s suggestion that the President’s sons be targeted stated in no uncertain terms that they already are dealing with daily scares when he wrote: “No we just get daily death threats and exploding packages of white powder sent to our homes you piece of garbage.”

Trump’s response, rather than quieting him seemed to only encourage Arnold to go, full-on lunatic, when the supposed comedian tweeted a disturbing threat: “Looking forward to the day I’m standing over him wearing my bullet belt & safari khakis, my cartoon sized Daniel Boone buck knife in one hand his teeny tiny tail in the other.”
And now @TomArnold is openly fantasizing about murdering @DonaldJTrumpJr. CC @jack /@TwitterSupport pic.twitter.com/NFAxQ4KzCp

Arnold’s inspiration was a photo of Donald Jr. on safari …
This is Donald Trump Jr. He is holding the tail of a beautiful African elephant he murdered as she got up from a nap. Donald Trump Jr. is the real piece of garbage. pic.twitter.com/QWYlUrjTPk

The president’s children and their families have had to deal with multiple documented incidents that show the risk they endure every day. One example brought to light last year was in the case of a leftist who sent five threatening letters to Don Jr.’s then-wife Vanessa that contained white powder, resulting in her being rushed to the hospital.
One of the letters included a note to the President’s son. “You are an awful, awful person,” it read. “I am surprised that your father lets you speak on TV. You the family idiot, Eric, looks smart. This is the reason why people hate you, so you are getting what you deserve.”
Arnold’s political views are well-documented, and he has lately been on a publicity push with a series of attention-grabbing social media posts in defense of Ilhan Omar. He tweeted that he would be “lucky” if he and she fell “in love.”
“She’s beautiful, smart & brave. If I’m lucky we’ll fall in love,” he tweeted. Then he retweeted her controversial comments that said Sen. Rand Paul’s assault by his neighbor were justified. “Rand Paul is a horrible neighbor a terrible Senator & worse human,” he wrote. “Donald Trump has retweeted Nazi’s. You’ve never called out Donald Trump. Stop bullying tiny brown women coward. Time to call out big fat white guys.”
