Michael Avenatti: Joe Biden stole ‘my slogan and theme’

Disgraced leftist attorney Michael Avenatti claims Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden basically stole his campaign “slogan and theme.”

Biden announced his campaign slogan “Make America America Again” yesterday.

It’s a rip-off of President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” theme, which critics claim appropriated Ronald Reagan’s “Let’s Make America Great Again” slogan from 1980.

To his credit, at least Trump waited for 39 years to use a modified spin on Reagan’s phrase.

Avenatti: ‘It’s a damn good slogan’

But Avenatti claims Biden’s theme was inspired by the one he planned to use before his presidential aspirations imploded due to his numerous legal scandals, including a slew of criminal charges.

“I used it throughout the U.S. when I was exploring a run, including in Iowa and at the Wing Ding last year,” Avenatti told the Daily Caller.

However, Michael Avenatti — a Trump-hating Democrat — says he doesn’t mind that Biden is using “his” theme. “Since I won’t be using it, I guess somebody should because it’s a damn good slogan and message,” he boasted.

Avenatti says he used the phrase “Make America America Again” in several public speeches and on Twitter.

Avenatti dropped out of presidential race amid indictments

In December 2018, Avenatti abruptly announced that he would not run for president amid a barrage of shocking lawsuits, including a 36-count federal indictment. If convicted, Avenatti faces up to 335 years in jail.

Avenatti rocketed to fame thanks to CNN’s relentless promotion of the porn attorney. Avenatti once represented porn star Stormy Daniels, who allegedly had a one-night stand with President Donald Trump back in 2006.

CNN, MSNBC and the mainstream rabidly promoted Avenatti in a bid to embarrass Trump over his alleged affair.

According to the Media Research Center, left-wing cable news networks spotlighted Avenatti a staggering 254 times during the past year alone. Not surprisingly, CNN and MSNBC were the top enablers, featuring Avenatti 121 and 108 times, respectively.

The Washington Free Beacon estimated that within just the first two months of Avenatti’s appearance on the national stage, CNN and MSNBC had given the porn lawyer more than $175 million worth of free media exposure.

Tucker Carlson slammed ‘Creepy Porn Lawyer’ as a con artist

As BizPac Review reported, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson was among the first to slam Avenatti as a “total con” for being a shameless huckster.

“I’m a little bit confused,” Carlson said. “You are the protector of Stormy Daniels. Stormy Daniels is right now working in strip clubs in little towns on stage, and people are throwing things at her. You are wearing a $1,000 suit. Why are you not paying her?”

Tucker continued: “You have profited from Stormy Daniels. Tens of millions of dollars of free media, and she is working in strip clubs. You are exploiting her. Why are you not paying her some of what you are making?”

Avenatti responded with the weakest of comebacks by saying, “This is America. If a woman wants to perform in a strip club, she does so.”
