Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is once again not happy with President Donald Trump.
Instead of praising the president for managing to have some real progress in his talks with Mexico to stop illegal immigration into the United States, Pelosi instead stuck to pleasing extreme leftists by going after Trump’s negotiation tactics.

“We are deeply disappointed by the Administration’s expansion of its failed Remain-in-Mexico policy, which violates the rights of asylum seekers under U.S. law and fails to address the root causes of Central American migration,” read Pelosi’s public statement following Trump’s deal announcement. “Threats and temper tantrums are no way to negotiate foreign policy.”
President Trump was previously threatening to put a growing tariff tax on Mexican goods if the country did not help in solving the migrant situation the United States is facing.
After multiple meetings between Mexican government officials and the White House, Trump announced that a deal had been struck between the two countries and the tariffs could be avoided.
“I would like to thank the President of Mexico, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, and his foreign minister, Marcelo Ebrard, together with all of the many representatives of both the United States and Mexico, for working so long and hard to get our agreement on immigration completed!” the president tweeted.

Ha also said of the deal, “Everyone very excited about the new deal with Mexico!”

The war of words between President Trump and Pelosi has been going on for weeks now, with both sides exchanging barbs. Before Pelosi screamed about “temper tantrums,” she was facing some criticism from the president after she told the press that he belonged “in prison.”
Trump called Pelosi a “disgrace to herself and her family” in a fiery tweet.
“Nervous Nancy Pelosi is a disgrace to herself and her family for having made such a disgusting statement, especially since I was with foreign leaders overseas. There is no evidence for such a thing to have been said. Nervous Nancy & Dems are getting Zero work done in Congress,” tweeted the president.
He also tweeted about the speaker of the house on Saturday and called her “nervous Nancy.” He called out Congress for “getting nothing done.”
“Nervous Nancy Pelosi & the Democrat House are getting nothing done. Perhaps they could lead the way with the USMCA, the spectacular & very popular new Trade Deal that replaces NAFTA, the worst Trade Deal in the history of the U.S.A. Great for our Farmers, Manufacturers & Unions!” he tweeted.

The war of words between Trump and Pelosi aside, it’s telling that the speaker of the house is so willing to brush a serious victory for America aside. What she calls a “tempter tantrum” over tariffs turned out to be a pretty brilliant negotiating strategy by the president since an agreement was made with Mexico.
Instead of applauding the country and progress, Pelosi chooses to cater to the far-left and treat the president like he is a threat to the very freedom he is giving back to the people.
